I order from door dash and my order was not correct. Chick fil a did not give them the full order. I told the driver everything was not in there.he took his time to go bk and see if he can get the correct stuff...They told him they can not help him..So I called the chick fil a my self and they it was not there problem..and for me to contact uber eats..so I did they gave me a refund of missing items but really all they had to do was just give us our missing items..I will never order from there again....manager there are rude...

What kind of fast food place doesn't have a soda fountain out in the dining area for refills? Super controlling atmosphere, you stand at the counter in line to wait your turn to get a refill. You have to take off the lid and straw and the poor person has to fill your cups for you. The whole concept of fast food is to get up and get your refill whenever you want to. I'll go to Cane's next time. Better chicken too.

Customer service is great here. The employees are very friendly and they always make sure my order is correct. The drive thru continues to be very slow. I haven't been inside to dine in a long time, so I'm not sure how quick they are inside. I wish they would use the 2nd drive-thru line for mobile order only instead of not utilizing it at all so that it's not so long of a wait in the line. Customers take so long to order and to have to wait for that when we have already placed a mobile order, it's frustrating.Features: Tables needed to be cleaned. Most of the tables needed to be wiped down.

I had great time at my Iocal chic Fila and THIS ONE is the best ! ...The Mormon or maybe Amish lady at the front desk was a bit befuddled by my Deadhead/ Prankster persona but the young Latinas took the wheel and got me my chicken. Fantastic! I walked in and walked out with zero carbon footprint.
