Beyond rude experience! I was baffled. Young girls had told us that they were out of the pack of 6 cinnamon rolls. Yet they had just pulled cinnamon rolls out of the oven. When we asked if could buy the tray of six they had refused to even let my brother buy all six. They later charged us for the six cinnamon rolls individually instead of a pack. When asked why the girls just argued. They were extremely rude. They later had just shoved the cinnamon rolls into pack of six rudely and passed it out. When we had asked for plates or the individual boxes since she had charged us for individual cinnamon roll prices she told us no and she would have to charge us more if we wanted plates or the boxes. Terrible experience!
This had happened at 5:40pm on Sunday September 14th.

New ownership!!! This amazing couple has bought this store and really made the vibe different for us. We absolutely love coming here. Such a sweet man at the front he was the owner and was incredibly nice and even remembered us. Great environment for everyone!!

My parents and I went to order at the register and t he workers just stared at us and went back onto their phones. We tried to get their attention, but no one helped us. We ended up not being able to order and we just left.

Not only are the workers incompetent on how long it takes for their rolls to cook they said that we are unable to buy two 6packs as one need to be in the display case? What's the point of them being made if not to be consumed. This is also at 3:30 in the after noon for a mall that's open till 9 or 10. There should have been plenty of them still around to be sold and not already on a 2 hr wait time.

My wife and I don’t always get sweets but when we want something we come here. The last few times we have come here it’s been terrible. The workers, even managers, have all had terrible attitudes and give an un-welcoming atmosphere.
