We ordered our granddaughter a strawberry sundae and the lady added nuts. I didn't realize it came with nuts. My grandson has a mild allergy and I asked if she could scrape them off. She very kindly said no I will make new one. So nice of her to do that!!

In my honest opinion, you should go elsewhere. This place treats delivery drivers like second class citizens. First, the old, balding employee must have a chip on his shoulder, because he just couldn't handle the way that I parked. Then, after reparking, but because I assertively confronted the employee since I wasn't taking up more than one spot (I had only parked diagonally into a single spot to make it easier to leave) and the issue was trivial, he felt the need to retaliate against me by banning me from the store and giving me a bad review on the app. Seriously, there are more important things to complain about in life than imperfect parking. Unfortunately, I see this second class type discrimination more and more now. As if everybody feels the need to take their frustrations out on the lowly delivery driver. If I were a customer reading this, I'd patronize other, less bigoted businesses. If I were the store owner reading this, I'd fire the employee and replace him with somebody less snarky.
EDIT: after reading a few more reviews, it looks like I'm not alone! Several other people have complained that this store bickers over parking and discriminates against delivery drivers. How lamentable.

This place is the worst. I stopped by about a week ago to grab some treats for my family. There was no one else there. One by one the staff filtered out from the back, the cashier needed me to repeat myself 3 times, and got the order wrong... twice. First she forgot to add a requested item, then one of the requested items was not made and instead I received a different item. I had ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard, and received a strawberry and banana one. A revelation discovered after I got home. My hormonal spouse was not happy.
The entire staff seemed to be baffled by my presence. How dare I, a customer, arrive during business hours? Previous experienced had already left me dubious of this location as the staff seemed to not understand what a Cappuchino Heath Blizzard was and refused to learn about it.
There are other locations in this city. DO not go to this one.

I was the only one in the parking lot and granted I was in a u haul but I parked plenty away from the building went in to spend my money when I was spoken to rudely about where to park the next time I came in... told her it was the only time I would park a u haul in her lot but she continued to chastise me so I chose to leave and spend my money somewhere else it was completely out of hand

I got there at 11:50 they open at 12:00pm so they made me wait saying we dont open till noon well its 12:05 and they still wont open the doors how rude to treat your customers like this making me wait and still not opening the doors on time. Rudest customer service ive ever experienced. Do not go there they treat there custermers terrible. Worst DQ ive ever been too. So disrespectful its now 12:10 and still wont open the doors for me what jerks do that. Do not take your bussiness here. Stay away.

We were served by Jacob and his service impressed my whole family. We ordered a blizzard for everyone present and for two people who were at home. We didn’t tell him which ones would be for takeout but somehow he figured this out and had them all packaged up for us. Our blizzards were perfectly blended all the way down.
