We were served by Jacob and his service impressed my whole family. We ordered a blizzard for everyone present and for two people who were at home. We didn’t tell him which ones would be for takeout but somehow he figured this out and had them all packaged up for us. Our blizzards were perfectly blended all the way down.

If you hate your job so much maybe find another one instead of projecting your attitude onto others? Girl with the atrocious eyebrows would not make a chocolate, chocolate dipped cone for me “because it doesn’t work”. Interesting. That’s what I’ve ordered for the better part of 30 years now. Also they gave the woman ahead of me a hard time when she asked for a drink carrier. Once she showed eyebrows and the other complacent employee her two canes he obliged. Hope both employees have the day they deserve 🙂

Went at 8:45 tonight and had a horrible experience with my boyfriend. He ordered a chocolate cone and somehow they ran out of chocolate ice cream? Pretty sure that doesn’t happen with a machine. Then they said they didn’t have any brownies and couldn’t make the brownie cupfection. i got a blizzard that was BARELY mixed at all with little to no toppings. She was rude and we did not feel welcomed at all and like she just didn’t wanna make anything at all and rushed us out.

Ordered a blizzard that wasn't s'pose to have chocolate n it but they put chocolate in it. Went back n to let them know and they got a attitude but remade it cause wife is allergic to chocolate. Wife was sitting in the care so she could c and she ended up coming inside cause she saw them put chocolate n it. After that we told em that we wanted out money back cause they wouldn't listen, and all they could tell me is that next time to let them know ahead of time and they'll wash the machine. Yeah, no I'm very disappointed with this store and probably won't go back to this store. We ended up going to a different location and got our stuff made right.

The lady who works there at night. Always says she is out of something. But when the young man works he always has everything to make our order. It never fails. When we pull up and see the older woman working it’s always the same thing. She can’t make our order.

Horrible, I went in around 7 at night when an employee working was extremely racist towards a DoorDash employee. I was absolutely disgusted and told the man he was horrible and walked out, I don’t want me or my family to eat at an establishment that hires racist people also the man was handling all the ice cream and food with his bare hands, unsanitary.

I Love coming over here after a stop at the livwell, then come here its so good.
I came here to pick up a Grubhub order that I am delivering I waited in line to allow the other guest to order once I got to front counter the girl working walked away very unprofessional. I then had to get the attention of a kid making the shakes in the back to tell him what I am here for. I never got a response of how long it will take even though it said it would be ready by 7:14. I never got a response. Apparently the girl working front counter has been doing that all day. Avoid this location there are so many other ones that do so much better.

It's Dairy Queen, after all. Nothing against it. I prefer Blizzards to McDonald's half-hearted product. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but they did seem a little absent-minded No serious complaints. The space was clean. Seating was sparse. Order was fast.
