Parking an access was an issue

Horrible! My banana split was just plain ice cream soup! Never again! Worst I've ever had in my life

We stopped by this afternoon with our grandson for ice cream. When our grandson needed a bathroom we were told they had none and directed us to the Laundromat 100 yards up the road. If this had been my handicapped wife there would have been problems. We will never be at this location again!

It’s kind of hard to get to because you can’t cross the street if you’re headed west. But if you’re heading east just pull in and there’s a decent amount of parking. The guy was really nice that was there. I would definitely go back there. Seemed very family

We love this DQ! We typically go on weeknights, and the workers are always so kind, patient, and helpful. Plus, the blizzards they make are some of the best we’ve had.

Very nice young man working the counter. He was very efficient and courteous.I enjoyed the sugar cookie blizzard but it could have used some other addition to the cookie.

Very rude staff at this location. After presenting an app coupon that was clearly shown at expiring in 9 days, we were told that the promotion had expired. We pulled up the app coupon with an October 4th expiration date, but we were told that we were wrong, again. Went down the road to another DQ location which happily honored the very much still valid coupon. We’ve been to this location many times over the year, but will never visit i this location again.

False advertising. Don't expect to get any advertised deals

Love this Dairy Queen and the team that works there! So glad the chocolate carmel bites are back!

They prioritize online orders over customers coming in the door. They are always understaffed and there is no driver thru.

It's 95 degrees on a Sunday evening in August and there's no AC in the building. They have a lone teenager working the counter with a sign that might as well say "WE LOVE EXPLOITING THE LABOR OF TEENS, COME WORK HERE", probably because the only way they can keep labor is by targeting vulnerable people who are easy to screw over. None of this is surprising for a Dairy Queen but the sign is what really tipped the whole thing over the edge for me.Shut down the store if you can't provide safe working conditions (or a living wage, if you're going to BRAG about how "happy" and "well paid" your employees are on the sign). My server was amazing, by the way. My order was perfect, quick, she served me with a smile, and absolutely no complaints even though she looked HEAT SICK. I hope she quits for something better and leaves y'all with no notice. I'll never be back.

I've never seen a business so obviously failing in my life. The lady at the counter was beyond annoyed that we even walked in on a 100 degree day. Missing tiles on the banister. Dirt everywhere. It was gross. Won't be coming back.

We got to Dairy Queen at 9:45pm and these two guys were cleaning the machines and they told me and my two children that the ice cream machine was broken, but all these teenagers out front were eating ice cream… Obviously they lied about the ice cream machine being broke and they should have told the truth and said they started to close the store early, they’re losing money for this business I would be upset if I was a business owner!!
