Dairy Queen (Treat)

The sole employee who declined to fulfill my order cited a need for a break, which is likely a cigarette break.

Very rude employees, they charged me for extra items when I didn't even ordered them. The young girls have a really bad attitude.

Was going to order ice cream but your app is such a pain to log back into you lost out on a sale

I wanted to also do the review from the receipt but I lost it! I hope the awesome employees see this.

Devin and Lexus were so great. They kept up a fun upbeat vibe and conversation. My friend and I also got to see some of Devin’s cool moves with the blizzard. You could just feel the positive atmosphere with them. The manager on duty was a sweetheart. Super awesome team !

Very rude employees, one yelled at me for his mistake of putting my order in wrong. No need for the yelling when i was just asking a simple question.

Ordered 2 smoothies. 1 was good. 1 was all ice, not drinkable, as you can see they look completely different. $15 for both. Line was so long couldn’t get a refund. Workers were super nice , Dairy Queen needs to have more workers there. 10+ people in line. 1-2 workers

Since I work at the mall, I always enjoy having a frozen treat, so far I have had a great experience ordering with Alicia, Michela and Bandit. The girls always get my order right and how I like it. They are the best!I have been a dairy queen customer for as long as I remember, since I was a kid, I always loved their chocolate ice cream cone double-dipped in chocolate! It just sucks how the machines that make the chocolate ice cream is always broken and pour out too soft, borderline melting ??‍♀️.It is not only crucial for DQ to do their part in providing the right service to all those involved but the fact that I think it's the responsibility of the company to provide the employees with new, working and functional machines to make both the work of employees easier and customers happier with their choice of order rather than to be let down with malfunctioning machines that don't work properly?.As a result I hope they look into making improvements at this branch ?!

Came at 7:50pm and was told they were already closed :( (Website states they close at 8pm).

Went to this location at 7:34pm and was told they were about to close(in 26 mins) and was refused service. Your location closes at 8! Kid said he was off the clock.

Strawberry Julius was sooooo good

Dropped by while shopping, I ordered a small praline blizzard my friend wanted a pineapple strawberry smoothie clerk was all rude and said \\\"we're all out of pineapple\\\" and rolled his eyes as if we've asked him this question before. So we look at other options and more than half of the menu is blocked ? of because they're out of something but not pineapple. I understand that this pandemic has changed the way we do things but don't be rude to the people that are trying to keep you in business. We're not visiting your house and demanding stuff. You're a business offering some type of service. Update: recently visited and they were well stocked and clerks were very friendly, organized and effectively putting out orders ?

Not very professional when there the only food store with over 10 prices of paper hanging everywhere
