I was genuinely surprised to see some of the negative reviews for this location. I visit two to three times a week and was really excited when it opened, and my experiences have been consistently positive.
The staff here does a great job of being friendly and welcoming while still being efficient. They make conversation in a way that feels natural, not rushed or forced, and they keep things moving smoothly. Daniel recognized me today and mentioned my usual drink. He is always friendly and quick. There are also a few other baristas who have been outstanding, and I wish I knew all of their names because they absolutely deserve recognition as well.
Overall, this is a warm, friendly location with a great team behind the counter.

I love Dutch Bros but today they had their employee taking orders in 14° weather for an hour!! If Dutch Bros is requiring this from their employees they should be providing them the appropriate cold weather gear to stand out in the cold! I will not be supporting any Dutch Bros if this is how they treat their employees!

Baristas are so sweet and kind, they make the experience so wonderful! The coffee is a little overpriced, but it’s better than Starbucks. I also love the stickers and other treats you can get along with your coffee.

Stopped by here and Lily made my day. Got two drinks, both with modifications, and she made sure it all got communicated properly. Lily was standing out in the cold snow and was still so friendly and sweet. Dutch Bros employees are always friendly but she went above and beyond. Hope she gets a raise (also my coffee slapped).

UPDATE: I contacted them, and after seven emails back and forth, they stated they cannot and will not do anything to resolve the situation.
I wanted to try the new matcha here, so I ordered it for the first time. It was very light and kept separating like the milk was spoiled. I went all the way back to tell them, and they told me that’s just how it was. Wasn’t great customer service. I just dumped it and left.
Staff is always so friendly and hard-working, I've never had an issue with my order. I recommend ordering ahead though, the line gets crazy packed! 😱

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I come to this Dutch bros all the time and the Asian lady was so rude this morning! Threw the straw at me, can’t even hand me it. In front of customers at the standing window, very embarrassing! Way to start my morning!!! Don’t work in a customer service based job if you’re gonna be rude, it wasn’t even busy!!!

Stopped for coffee, we ordered ahead in the app but still had to wait (about 10 minutes past the posted time). My coffee was the wrong size and was made incorrectly. I did not check at the pickup window but Dutch Bros did add a free coffee to my rewards app to make it good. It always seems busy, I would recommend ordering ahead and picking it up at the window.

I come to this Dutch Bros location about once per week, and the best part of coming here is the really thoughtful service from the broistas. They ask me about my day, make fun suggestions for drinks and make sure I receive the correct items and straws. I especially appreciate Daniel who always brightens my day and overall elevates the Dutch Bros experience! So far, everyone there has been accommodating and friendly. The drinks themselves are consistent (I frequently order the Golden Eagle) and prepared well.
