East Moon Asian Bistro & Sushi

We came here for our fifth anniversary and loved every minute of it! The sushi was amazing, our server, Kyle, made me a special drink, and we were treated wonderfully. The water had my absolute favorite kind of ice. And the dark chocolate mousse cake was divine.

It's alright, best sit down choice if you are staying at one of the nearby hotels. Wouldn't travel out of my way for it.

This place is amazing. We are visiting from out of town. Ruben, our server was exceptional. The food - noodles and sushi, exceptional. And the manager who checked on us was so friendly. We love it. Every time we are in Denver - we will 100% make our way to Westminster to enjoy this restaurant.

Came in for my husband's birthday. Granted we didn't know it closed at 9PM (we also apologised), but our server passive aggressively dropped the check mid meal. If they would've given us a heads up they need us to wrap up we would've been accommodating. They also forgot to get us small things like a pencil for the sushi list and soy sauce once our orders came.

Otherwise - still a solid place.

Ordered the basil fried rice with chicken as well as the Mongolian beef for take out.

The Mongolian beef was very flavorful and covered with spices and seasoning. Not too spicy, and the vegetables were sautéed nicely.

The basil fried rice w/chicken was absolutely delicious. A simple fried rice with basil, egg, jalapeno and chicken, but whatever they seasoned it with would make Uncle Roger give a big fuiyoh!

I've tried a lot of Asian places in different states, and this has to be my favorite by far. I will definitely be back here next time I am in town.

My daughter and I love it here, the food is so good and they have big portions. We went this evening and Kyle was our server and he was so accommodating and friendly! We will definitely be back :-)
