An hour and 45 minutes for a very basic brunch. Service was scarce. We were seated at a booth that had a nail sticking straight through which can definitely be problematic if a child were seated there. Ordered 2 appetizers that came out 30 minutes later but, 10 minutes before our food, waitress didn't bring any plates (5 people, 2 apps). She was completely unavailable so we essentially let one of the apps just get cold bc we had no way of splitting it up. We watched our food get prepared and be gathered in the kitchen. They waited for all meals to be done before bringing to the table. Unfortunately that meant whoever's food was done first, sat there the remainder of the time (no less than 15-20 minutes) French toast was $15 for 2 slices. It was bland and lacking the flavor it reflected on the menu. No syrup was offered or brought out. For ann extra $6 added side of eggs and meat. Eggs were cold. Ordered a side of ham and it was literally deli ham. $21 for 2 slices of French toast, 2 cold scrambled eggs, and a piece of deli ham seems excessive. The waitress checked on the table maybe once in the entirety of the visit. All food was considered ‘eh' in our party. Bacon flight has sweet and spicy but the waitress left it on the table and didn't advise which was what. She brought one person a box to go and didn't even ask anyone else (who all very clearly had food left). This place seems great online but from our experience and watching others around us, seems to have gone downhill. I want to clarify it was NOT busy. Wait staff seems stretched thin and completely lacking experience even if they weren't. Overpriced and won't be back. There are too many better options out there.
Great for breakfast and lunch!

This is a great place for breakfast through lunch. Parking is a challenge but available. The food was pretty good, but they don't do changes or requests very well. The servers are very good, fun and pleasant. Prices are a bit higher, but it is a bit more eclectic and you get a ton to eat.

Food is good love that you can make a reservation for breakfast and not have to wait especially on the weekend. Usually wait staff is great this time we had someone who did not pay attention to detail requested crispy jalapeño bacon it came out soggy but our waitress didn't bring it out when she came over I asked for my crispy she said it would be right out it took a bit but that's okay when it came out it was crispy but not jalapeño and took her awhile to realize to take the soggy bacon off the small table other than this the food is great and service is usually spot on everyone has an off day and she was pleasant will still go back regardless of one bacon incident.
There isn’t an area for curbside, and there’s no parking in front of the shop so there’s no place to wait for curbside. You should remove the option if it isn’t real. On top of this, understanding brunch demands I ordered my meal for pickup for 10:30 am at 9 am. After 10 minutes circling the parking situation trying to figure out where “curbside” would be while also attempting to call the store (no answer; full voicemail) multiple times, I finally parked and walked in. It was now 10 minutes past assigned pickup, 10:40 am. At this time the hostess told me it would be ready soonish, she didn’t have a time and that they were very busy. I understand Saturday’s are busy, but when you order at 9 am for a pickup 1.5 hours later there should be some consideration and prioritization involved by the BOH expediter/leader to ensure this is at least ready before 10 minutes after pickup. Finally received meal about 10:45 am.
As a local, it’s frustrating that I don’t feel the hassle of getting my food is worth the food itself. Perhaps some of the systems in place have been failing for years and need new management to help address? Perhaps shutting down pickup or at least the curbside option online when the expected rush is happening, IE weekend brunch? Maybe having a specific runner for curbside and a specified location? In 3 years of living within 5 minutes of this location, the 3 times I’ve attempted to enjoy it have all been disappointing.

Stopped in solo 8-1-25 after leaving hotel. Not busy at all- with total of 6 -8 other guests at my arrival. Young girl server that was busy was doing it all. Occasionally you would see a young boy help.
Was not impressed with avocado toast. I did have gluten free bread instead. Was Udi brand. Was not “fresh” avocado that definitely was from a pre packaged container with wilted greens tucked away. No flavor with one egg. So much potential but WON’T order that again. Eventually got the attention of the server and added side of bacon.

We had a post wedding brunch on Monday, June 2nd at EAT! The owner David was so wonderful to work with and graciously reserved the main dining space exclusively for our friends and family when we had a much larger group than expected RSVP for brunch —keeping the patio open for their regular customers. We had dedicated staff to serve our 65ish people - we filled the dining room! The service was great, food was amazing and the kitchen was so fast. It was such a treat to have one more gathering with delicious food and wonderful service before our wedding guests headed to the airport. Highly recommend EAT to any size party but especially for large gatherings. Thanks again David and team!

Table was dirty when we arrived. Coffee was served in a cup with lipstick on it. Bathrooms dirty. Waitress even had the nerve to charge us for the coffee we never drank out of since the cups were dirty. Horrible place, I don't recommend

Really enjoyed breakfast here. The menu had good vegetarian options, and the staff was especially helpful once I realized I forgot my credit card. In fact, if you're one the many people who never retrieved their cards, please do so!

My 1st vist was a great one! Jayden was a great server. The Buffalo Chicken wrap was so good! My friend who suggested Eat! said that he's never been disappointed. I can't wait to try the salmon deviled eggs!

INCREDIBLE breakfast/brunch spot. Favorite one we’ve been to in Colorado. Lavender agave latte actually tasted like lavender. Churros, brunchy munchies, and mighty meaty skillet are definitely a do over. So good on so many levels. Churros might be the best churros we’ve ever had. Coming back 100%

Hot. Very understaffed. Took way too long to order & get food. Sat with empty waters for 40+ min.
