Rae was so incredibly helpful and kind. Welcomed me immediately when I came in and was so very sweet. I will definitely come back here next Sunday after church. Such a welcoming Einstein’s. Astrea made my bagel and was so great also. This team works so well together and it makes it well worth stopping in. Bagels were great!! 🥯

I am a regular costumer at this location and the bagels are consistently on point and delicious. I normally do take out at restaurants, but this Einstein Bros Bagels location has a peaceful, comforting atmosphere and I enjoy dining in when I can. The service is always exceptional and the staff are very friendly. The redhead with facial piercings is super sweet and even memorized my order. Overall, I have had an amazing experience at this location and I am looking forward to coming back again soon!

Service could use some training. I have to put my own water in for my Americano Asked for maple syrup in the coffee, but they put it on my bagel and the redhead said they don’t do that here although every other Einstein bagel Bros was I’ve been too was able to do that so far. Worker didn’t seem like she wanted to help at all like it was an inconvenience for me to be there.

Food is good, service is solid, just a lot of empty space inside. Feels like it was originally set up to be a small, quick in/out place but expanded into another suite because why not and now no idea what to do with the room.
A bright light on a rough day! I had a pretty terrible day, but Renee at Einstein Bros. Bagels completely turned it around. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and genuine kindness. She wasn’t just friendly—she was uplifting, funny, and full of heart. It’s rare to meet someone who can brighten your mood in a matter of minutes, but Renee did just that.
Not only was my bagel perfect (thank you, Renee!), but the whole experience left me feeling lighter and happier than when I walked in. She truly made a difference in my day, and I won’t forget it.

The food and service a good, but there seems a company wide policy to be running out of all my favorite bagels by lunch time. Half the place is empty due a company wide vendetta against adequate seating. There's no soda fountain at this location, and the abysmal selection of overpriced 20oz bottles of soda really sank my battleship today.
