I love this Einstein store. This place is always clean, the staff are very friendly and nice. Today, I got a dozen bagels and Nora Lox. Those bagels are neatly baked looks great and yummy. The Nova lox was also neatly made and everything was fresh. Highly recommended!

So I went in and got a few bengal sandwiches. I ask for a farmhouse with no cheddar and got cheddar. And for the kicker, I asked for a bacon and cheddar with 2 eggs, it came without bacon. So I drove back to the store to get it fixed. They just put a couple of slices of bacon on it and sent me on my way. Got back to the house, total age of the sandwich at that time was about an hour. I do not just complain ever time an order is messed up but this is not the first time. And no bacon on a bacon and cheddar?

Ancient grains bagel!!! Loved it...and on a beautiful sunny day outdoor seating sipping a smooth iced coffee...today is going to be a great day. Thank you Einstein ?. I also have to mention EGG WHITE OPTION. My best friend is allergic to the yolks...it's sometimes hard to find restaurants that cater to allergic limitations!!!! Thank you again Einstein!!! Such a cozy atmosphere.

Went there today to get some bagels for my grandmother and myself. The bagels were all stale, and flavored bagels were tasteless. The hot chocolate is water and a tiny bit of syrup. My grandmother called to complain about the hot chocolate, and the employee was somewhat rude and kept insisting it was milk.We used to go constantly to a different store and never got close to this quality of bad. Just go to the Starbucks next door for hot chocolate or drinks! Hell, maybe even the food. I wish I could've just gotten a refund because they've upped their prices and $5 for a hot chocolate I could've gotten at 7-11 or even home for way better quality and a fifth of the price is ridiculous.They offered to come back in but I stopped before work and didn't have the time just to get another drink I, again, could get better somewhere else for cheaper. Would've just preferred a refund.

Very rude, aggressive supervisor claimed that my service animal was not welcome inside the premises. She demanded that 1) he must have a service dog vest, not true, 2) I present a government issued identification card for him, which is not a thing. Those do not exist.

First time eva visiting Einstein Bros. Had a bacon, cheese, egg on a six cheese. The bagel was on point. Perfectly toasted. The insides although tasty were cold. The coffee wasn’t the best and was also cold. On a scale from 1-10 of cold it was a 7 1/2 . Cold coffee is a big no no. The bathroom was clean. The sitting area was clean. The table was clean. Brooklyn was very pleasant and helpful. Price wise it was balanced with the breakfast ❄️☕️. If the food and beverage would have been hot I would have given 5 stars.

This store has gone so down hill, I’m surprised they’re getting enough business to stay open! Coming from a baker, their bagels are not being topped, proofed or baked correctly by Einstein’s own standards. They need to hire actual bakers instead of cross training all of their staff. It’s disappointing how corporate fumbled so hard after covid, but hey at least they are still getting paid…

Really GOOD!I've come here now and again for years...years ..and was never really impressed w their breakfast sandwiches..BUT awesome job guys! Not been here in years since we moved out of Broomfield so I took a quick run over from Kohl's to get a bagel and a fountain drink. Told the girl please be generous on the butter because it's usually nothing on it anyway. Well in the picture you can see there's nothing on it and then I turn around and said oh could I get a small fountain drink Lego sets. Small coffee so no small soda. We don't have it anymore. I turn around the machine is gone okay then she says disorder in the machine right there bottle I go over and get one. They're all warm. What's up with that? This location is going downhill. I'm glad I don't live in Broomfield anymore. I would not be visiting this place. It's not worth my time or money to visit this place ever again. I don't know what happened here. I haven't been here in 3 years but it's not the same. It's going downhill.

Its unfortunate that this is now happened several times.I ordered three items, a plain bagel with egg and sausage, a cinnamon sugar bagel with butter, and a drink, and sure enough when I get home, the cinnamon sugar bagel has cream cheese and not what I requested. Several times in the past they have messed up my order as well as purposely said my name incorrectly, which I have corrected them and they repeat the incorrect name after the correction. It sucks that its so close to me and I won't be going there anymore because of their incompetence.
