My family and I have been regulars to Snooze but wanted to try something different and are so glad we did!
Food was great and came out fast. A lot of great selections that we didn’t have to make modifications. Not to mention, the price was reasonable! The pancake and waffle were very fluffy though so be careful when eating!
The highlight has to be the service. Our waitress Claire was so personable and sweet, she made sure the coffee was always filled. We noticed that she paid attention to everyone’s needs, including remembering the regulars’ names. The person at the register was very friendly too.
We had a really great time, and we’ll be back here for sure!

I've driven by this place hundreds of times on my way to and from work, and decided to try it out today as I had an appointment around the corner. I ordered eggs Benedict with extra crispy potatoes and received barely cooked eggs and hard, uncooked potatoes. Eggs Benedict is my favorite meal, this one was not edible.
I mentioned that the potatoes weren't really cooked but didn't complain about anything, but I guess she could see how badly it was done because she comped my meal. Which was kind because I had to get another breakfast down the road and in a hurry.
I'll keep driving past in the future, and won't eat here again.

This place was really going down hill in quality, but they recently got a new general manager and it's just sooo good now. Claire is always a fabulous server, too.
My only complaint is that there is an older gentleman that I believe is also a manager (maybe assistant or operations or something like that). He is always very brash and on the edge of rude. He doesn't have very good customer service skills and I wish he'd work on that.
Other than that, the entire team has really stepped up and the new general manager has been lovely.

At first glance it looks clean and it has a good atmosphere very “instagrammable.” We were greeted right away and seated right away, and the server was nice as well. I had the eggs Benedict with the smoked salmon it was alright, I was expecting it to be a bit more flavorful but it wasn’t terrible. My husband had the Biscuits and turkey sausage gravy with eggs, he said it was good and he upgraded his potatoes and those were tasty! I also ordered an iced coffee from their fall menu (honey Caramel Crunch) and it was sweet enough to be a dessert; I actually enjoyed it. They do have a kids menu and I ordered my kids the chocolate chip pancakes with the sausage (sausage was mushy) and the bacon and eggs, which my daughters enjoyed. Overall it was decent, a good place to have a quick bite and if ever back in the Broomfield area might come back and order a skillet instead.
