Service was slow as hell but it was crowded. You stand at a counter to order then you go fetch your own utensils, drinks and food when they finally call our number but they still expect a damn tip.
I will avoid it in the future.

I normally try and message the restaurant directly but I tried that and the feedback I entered wouldn’t go through. I’ve always finished my food cause I love five guys. This time was very bad. I know it’s a one off, but it was so bad I’m confused. Bacon was burnt so bad I’m surprised it ended up on my burger. Fries were weird and chewy this time. And my son’s grilled cheese was bland and undercooked. Just a calamity of errors. I’ll go back because I know it’s not normally like this, but I couldn’t let this one go. The staff was friendly for what that is worth.

Ordered a double bacon burger with some toppings and received one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. The burger patties were severely overcooked (crumbled apart from dryness) and barely half the size of the bun. For the price point I’d look elsewhere.

I love 5 guys but this location specifically was not comparable to my fave location in Thornton. They dont greet you at all when you come in which makes sense because the music is too loud to even hear anything. The fries are not as crispy here and ive never had a soggy/soft fry at 5 guys so I was not a fan of the fries here. Next, the music at this location is very loud and not very family friendly, mostly loud rock music it wasn't pleasant. Lastly, they have a broken door that won't shut right away that made us have to move to a different table because it was cold out and we didnt want our food to get cold. Overall, I will not be returning to this location.
I arrived at 9:45 p.m., but the doors were already locked even though the posted hours online indicate the restaurant is open until 10:00 p.m. The employees saw us outside but chose not to acknowledge us, and instead laughed without making any effort to let us in. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Five Guys location.

Price of single Patty cheeseburger, fries & serve-yourself small soft drink was outrageous. Serving of fries was very large but not as good as last time I was there (which has been a long while). Soft drinks had an off taste; one of the two machines had little to no syrup for at least two of the brand selections, and although the other machine had syrup, the flavors were not right.
