Good value for their four course Valentine's Day Special. Pastry items were especially tasty!

My husband and I went for Valentine's dinner. They had 3menus to choose from. I chose the 3course valentine menu. The mini beef Wellingtons were outstanding. The Cesar salad was outstanding, the braised short ribs were outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly, flavors melded nicely and it was thoroughly enjoyable. My husband had the prime rib and it too was outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly! We have been to Flatz on multiple occasions in the past. It's one of those hidden gems that you don't realize is there but when you do, it's a delight. It was a wonderful relaxing dinner that really dazzled our tastebuds. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Service staff (greeter and server, Jenny) were very friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and atmosphere great to meet up with an old friend and not feel rushed! I would return!

I got the short ribs on risotto. The short ribs were incredibly dry (and there wasn’t nearly enough sauce to hide it), and the risotto was more like rice than risotto.

The burrata salad was good, and the bartender was nice.

One of my favorite hotels to stay in Westminster / Broomfield. Breakfast buffet is delicious and lots of great food options at the bar. Love the bartenders, especially Bekah who mixes up some creative and delicious cocktails. Paige who is the manager also is super friendly and makes sure everyone has a great experience. Can't wait to be back in town again!

Did t have enough staff on. The waitress was trying and very nice but she was the only one in the bar and restaurant. Food sat in the window for a long time while we waited. Chicken sandwich was so overcooked it was hardly edible. As a local I really wanted to find a new option- this is not it.

It was an average experience. Unfortunately one if the things is, this restaurant doesn't offer mimosas or any other breakfast adult beverages. Not that is a show stopper. We were celebrating father's day and thought that would have been a nice offering. My omelet wasn't very flavorful. Very average overall experience.

Just went here on a date and the interior was about the same as outside (85 degrees). No A/C. You'd think of well maybe it's broken, no worries, then we walk up and there is no one greeting or seating us and we had a reservation, just kind of like "Oh hey what are you doing here?" kind of vibe. Then we got our appetizers and there was a hair in our chips and dip. We paid and left because I just wanted to find a restaurant that gave AF for our special evening. My advice is don't waste your time or money. It's a joke.

We came in on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was closed. We were told the restaurant wasn't open because they just didn't have enough customers. After being told we could eat in the bar area we decided to stay. Food choices were limited, and the fryer was broken. What we did end up ordering was fairly good. Our dessert was initially served in a to go box even though we had planned to enjoy it there. Service was great but just wasn't enough to make us want to return.
