My husband and I went for Valentine's dinner. They had 3menus to choose from. I chose the 3course valentine menu. The mini beef Wellingtons were outstanding. The Cesar salad was outstanding, the braised short ribs were outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly, flavors melded nicely and it was thoroughly enjoyable. One of my favorite hotels to stay in Westminster / Broomfield. Breakfast buffet is delicious and lots of great food options at the bar. Love the bartenders, especially Bekah who mixes up some creative and delicious cocktails. Paige who is the manager also is super friendly and makes sure everyone has a great experience. Can't wait to be back in town again!
It was an average experience. Unfortunately one if the things is, this restaurant doesn't offer mimosas or any other breakfast adult beverages. Not that is a show stopper. We were celebrating father's day and thought that would have been a nice offering. My omelet wasn't very flavorful. Very average overall experience.
