Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I rarely eat fast food, but occasionally just need a good smash burger. I think Freddy's has hands down the best burger/dry combo out there. And it's reasonable, about half the price as 5 Guys. Cashier today was amazing, even came out to check if everything was ok and offered to throw away any trash, cleaning tables as he went. He just cared about his job and that customers were happy. What a rarity these days.

Paid $47 dollars for crappy service, one of the longest drive thru waits of my life, and not even the right order. My husband went back and had the food remade after I called and was greeted with the worst attitude I've ever seen. My husband got the wrong food TWICE over when he went to get the food replaced, and when we had the right items in our order my tenders were borderline raw. This is not the first time this has happened at this location, I've never been more disappointed by a restaurant experience

My daughter loves this place ❤️. She gets a double with bacon pickle only combo it's fresh every time . The staff is very nice .

Horrible First and last time I come here, fyi they charge a Dine in fee, my burger was soo undercooked and pink it tasted raw.. the place was so dirty, I had to wipe down my own table just so I didnt sit at a dirty table.. worse fast food place ive been too!!

Great fast food burger. The shoestring fries are delicious too. The staff is always Chick Fil A friendly and that’s refreshing. I wish there were more around.!

Thank you for hosting our fundraiser last week! The staff at the counter handled the crowd of children debating their orders with aplomb and the back of the restaurant kept the orders coming out quickly. The kids had fun seeing their friends and comparing sundaes.

Had a california style double steak burger lettuce wrap and my little boy had a chicken strip kids meal and the food was fast and fantastic

Mid burgers and took forever to take my order. And no free burger was included. Thanks guys

The people who work there were very personable and helpful during our visit. This was our first visit to Freddy's and I do look forward to going back. The burger was delicious and plentiful; I liked that the burger was bigger than the bun! This made it easy to actually taste the burger. The condiments on it were very tasty. The skinny fries were cooked perfectly and we enjoyed dipping them in the smokey dipping sauce. I look forward to our next visit.

The restaurant was under-staffed, and it took a while for someone to help us. Good burgers, but a tad on the pricey side. 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks: $32.
