This restaurant comes up as a gluten free options for Westminster, CO. I vaguely recall that the Denver location was excellent for a person with celiac disease - the menu was clearly marked, the servers were knowledgeable, and they even had tamari on hand.

I ordered from the Broomfield location tonight and will never do so again. The online ordering form offered the option to have my chirashi prepared gluten free, but it came with two ingredients that I know nearly always contain gluten: kani (fake crab) and seaweed salad. For those who don't know, the overwhelming majority of seafood salad for sale in the US is made in a single factory with conventional soy sauce (containing wheat) as an ingredient. There are a few places who may make it themselves, but I've lived in three different regions of the US and I've encountered one.

Unfortunately, my spouse and I made it all the way home before realizing these ingredients were present. I called the restaurant and confirmed that the kani is one of gluten free types, but the seaweed salad is not gluten free. The individual on the other end of the line did not seem to understand at first that if gluten-containing food is in contact with gluten free food then it is not safe for celiacs, which is almost as big a problem as the cooks themselves being unaware of which foods contain gluten.

In the restaurant's defense, they did substitute the miso soup I requested with salad (then left the salad dressing off) because of the gluten free request.

The dish was remade, but we did have to go all the way back to the restaurant for it. I would urge celiacs to avoid this place. My spouse enjoyed their meal and the remade one tasted fine, but it's clear that the staff isn't knowledgeable on the topic of celiac disease.

Phenomenal service! 5/5. Waitress Mia was attentive and always made sure my water was filled up.

Food was delicious! Chirashi bowl is always my go to when trying sushi restaurants. Quality of the fish was top notch, and you can always tell the quality of the sushi restaurant by trying their ikura.

Overall recommend to try!

Sushi rolls were good. Fish was fresh. Chicken teriyaki could be better. Chicken was broiled?? but seemed dry and flavorless and rubbery. Did not seem like it was a fresh piece of chicken or was overcooked. Ramen was good.

The sashimi tasted unbelievably fresh. I was impressed and will be back again! It's rare to find a sushi restaurant that does not have a fishy smell. Highly recommend!

All sushi we ordered (2 appetizers and 5 rolls) were perfectly prepared, as well as very fresh and tasty! We enjoyed every morsel!! Aprillita was the perfect server—very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! We could not have asked for better experience and are looking forward to returning soon!

I haven’t been here in years but I’m so glad I came back!! The service here was phenomenal, very nice and accommodating. The lunch and happy hour menus are generous in choice and fair in price. Most importantly, food was delicious and well done. The sushi was fresh and well wrapped. Will definitely come back!

Delicious Sushi and Great Service at Go Fish Sushi in Broomfield!

I recently dined at Go Fish Sushi in Broomfield and had a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding, with the featured aburi plate being a highlight of my meal. The service was also top-notch, attentive, and knowledgeable.

However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks to my experience. The flickering lights were a bit distracting and took away from the ambiance, and the tables are quite close together, making it feel almost like a communal dining experience (not ideal for a quiet night out).

Despite these small issues, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Go Fish Sushi and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for fresh, delicious sushi in a welcoming atmosphere."
