Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

Just threw up after eating a bacon cheese burger from this location…not sure if it was actually mayo…way too much lettuce…but, yuck! Never eating here again, that was awful.

Just wanted to give a awesome review for the manager at this Good Times in Broomfield Co, Dustin is his name, on Dec 12th I had gone through the drive thru and my order was not correct but I called and Dustin said to go back anytime and he would make it good. I went today and he did as he said, he made it good and gave me a complete meal again with no charge. thank you Dustin.:) Wonderful and awesome service!!!

I started eating good times in 2014 & there's nothing better in fast food. Just found the one in Broomfield & stop there whenever I'm in town. My whole family has favorites, but all love wild fries & sauce.

I love this Goodtimes. I’ve come here for years and always had great service. But lately their custard serving has been getting smaller and smaller. Tonight a single scoop didn’t quite fill 1/3 of the small cup. It used to be a whole small cup. In fact at a different Goodtimes in Greeley last week, a single scoop did fill an entire small cup. We’re paying more for a whole lot less, especially at this location. Sadly, we will be looking for other options in the area.

This store is absolutely disappointing, I have tried to give this place a change multiple times but when I ask for a no tomato on my burger and every time they go “UGHH okay HOLD ON.” Or giving me attitude at the window it’s so discouraging to come here and try. The soda is always watered down and the staff is just rude. I understand to a point as I have worked in food service myself but there’s no reason to be rude straight out the gate. I tried calling but it kept giving me an extension and when I would click 2 it would restart. You pay a lot of money for the food and for it to be sub par CONSTANTLY here is so frustrating.

No one is trained...I don't know when the old night crew left but since then it's been a mess. Good quality went down, service went down, tonight we forgot this location isn't great at night anymore and went there...it took 20 minutes for them to come to the window. Forgot we hadn't paid yet, then kept forgetting our drinks...it just seemed the most unorganized its been in months. Day shift has it together though so that's good!
Edit: also if you scroll down a couple of views from a month ago the same employees who screwed up for the guy are legit in a picture from the view of his car. The girl and guy, just missing the 3rd male employee. So sad.

Waited 5 minutes at the window, and the lady kept looking at me and walking away. After she finally helped me, I asked to use the restroom, but I was told they were out of service even though I saw someone leaving when I had arrived.

Credit card machine wasn't working with my card and they kept me for a lot longer than they needed.

First time getting ice cream here. I went through the drive thru and at least two or three people were talking over each other on the speaker. One was making "sexual moaning" sounds and laughing.

I ordered and pulled up to the window. I saw at least 4 people messing around inside and it took a while to get our order finished. I drove away with a small cup about 60 percent full of melted ice cream with some toppings on top. $13 for 2 small shakes.
What a bummer...

Person taking our order was very high. I told him my order three times and still another employee (the only good one there) had to ask what i ordered and was surprised when it was a simple one. The dude taking orders messed up our friends order as well.

This place stinks especially during the night shift. The guys serving at the window are rude and overbearing.
