Philly Steak sandwich was bland meat flavorless and tasted like refrigerator stored. Store appeared to be dirty and women's restroom was filthy. Used to be a great place to get a sandwich. Won't be returning.

Very good sandwiches, they make their bread every day from SCRATCH. Unheard of in the restaurant industry these days. And their meats are all high quality; nitrate-free, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free. Absolutely amazing in today’s day and age. Definitely a good, healthy, & tasty choice compared to the other mega sandwich chains out there. The staff is always friendly and nice and I met the owners they’re great people too.

Ex-Brooklynite here — was excited to see something bodega-ish in the area! Had a bay ridge breakfast sandwich — the Cajun sauce is the star. Sandwich came on a cold, untoasted everything bagel, which was a little odd and unexpected. It would have been very good had it been toasted! Will probably come back and specify. The young man who made our breakfast was really polite.
