The bad: Very slow service all around. By my meal and my wife’s meal were incredibly salty. It wasn’t every bite for mine, but half way through my meal my pallet was blown out. 3 glasses of water didn’t help.
All in all for the price of our meal I was disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

i will never go back, my work bought me a gift card for christmas , so i went to try it ! my first visit i asked the waitress for a pink center in my steak ( she replied , oh, thats medium) so i ordered it that way, got it very rare. id asked for my Brussel sprout's to be plain,( waitress said i told chef, but he put sauce anyway ..cant you just try it ?) i tried it it was awful & had to send back. my Appetizer came out with the meal , not before like it was supposed to . i was never rude to anyone , i know mistakes are made , but they started being rude , just because i wanted my food the way i like it . the waitress & a lady at another table were talking about us like we did something wrong ( didnt even care that we could hear what they were saying ) i will never go back & do not recommend

The worst and most judgmental restaurant ever!! As soon as we walked in we were getting looks from the get go from staff and rich snoby people who thought we didn't belong and I'm not sure what for i feel bad that they live such sorry and pathetic lives that they have to be like that to people they don't even know!.. but Definitely felt like we were out of place its supposed to be a nice fancy restaurant yet the waitress was wearing jeans and we were the ones being judged. The steaks alone are over 50 dollars and no seasoning what so everand the homemade steak sauce is horrible as well everything we are was gross, I had to send my streak back 3 times because they didn't know how to cook a medium steak. We ordered a bread appetizer and it didn't come out until we got our food. They took the steaks back but left the sides to get cold. You would think at a nice expensive restaurant like this they would make you a whole new plate when your paying 70 dollars a person!! Your better off going to Texas Roadhouse or Outback or Longhorns where the people are nicer and the food is better and much cheaper!!!

I am a vegetarian. I went out to eat with family. I asked for one of their dishes without the meat. I also said that I don't eat meat when I placed my order. My food arrived with bacon sprinkled all over it. Bacon was not even an item that was listed as an ingredient for the dish. Not everyone likes bacon or wants bacon on their food. In this case it was definitely not an enhancement. They asked if I wanted them to remake it and they brought it back to me and it was clear the bacon was just picked off of it. I found bacon inside it again which made my suspicion clear. I am happy that at least it was taken off the bill and appreciate the beer on the house but it was still disappointing because I arrived hungry and could not trust that my dietary restrictions be honored. It demonstrates a lack of integrity and respect for customers with alternative diets and their families who come to spend over $600 at your restaurant.

We decided to try a new restaurant tucked away in the Westminster area. Made online reservations and drove thru a bunch of traffic cones to get there. Once there, the ambiance outside looked very romantic. Cold night, lit up trees, fireplace in the center of a turnaround. The restaurant was nice, although it looks like they cater more to business people. Initially it appears kind of bougie but the wait staff is friendly and accommodating. The menu online is not the current menu so don't set your hearts on it. Ordered two salads and two entrees. Everything was outstanding, the steak sauce was very flavorful but not overpowering. Sides were ala carte. The salmon and pumpkin risotto was fantastic. They have a wine menu with more selections then their food menu so we just had water. Its very pricey so be prepared. Spent about $160 with 15% tip. I highly recommend you visit but it may not be an every weekend hangout.
We very much enjoyed our visit to Hickory & Ash. The food was good, the service was great! We will definitely be back! We had the NY Strip, be sure to try the Mac & Cheese!!

We visited Hickory and Ash for a colleague's birthday. Tristan was our server and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We had the featured appetizer at Tristan's suggestion. Tristan was accommodating of the food allergies at our table and kept us engaged the entire meal. I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and a personalized card from the team was waitatvour table. Tristan also brought a complimentary dessert and included a cup of sorbet for our teammate with an allergy. Great experience, great service, great food. Bravo to Tristan and team.
