We decided to try a new restaurant tucked away in the Westminster area. Made online reservations and drove thru a bunch of traffic cones to get there. Once there, the ambiance outside looked very romantic. Cold night, lit up trees, fireplace in the center of a turnaround. The restaurant was nice, although it looks like they cater more to business people. Initially it appears kind of bougie but the wait staff is friendly and accommodating. The menu online is not the current menu...
We very much enjoyed our visit to Hickory & Ash. The food was good, the service was great! We will definitely be back! We had the NY Strip, be sure to try the Mac & Cheese!!

The bad: Very slow service all around. By my meal and my wife’s meal were incredibly salty. It wasn’t every bite for mine, but half way through my meal my pallet was blown out. 3 glasses of water didn’t help.
All in all for the price of our meal I was disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
