Got the Philly it was amazing great service and amazing food.

YOU NEED THIS CATERER!!! I vetted over 50+ caterers for our wedding (I have a whole excel sheet with my evaluation for each one) and Deshebrado was the best overall in pricing, menu selection, and customer service. Alyssa & Jared are a family owned business local to the area and they understood us completely when we told them we want the food to wow our guests. My husband and I pride ourselves on our cooking, so short of cooking the dinner ourselves we needed a caterer we could trust to carry out our vision. Alyssa was a dream to work with and easily communicated with our coordinator. I’ve already started recommending them to my friends that are brides, so check their availability for your date before they're booked

We cannot express enough how incredible our experience was with Alyssa and the Deshebrado team as our wedding caterer! From the very beginning, they worked closely with us to create custom menu that fit perfectly within our budget, without ever compromising on quality or taste. The food was delicious, and our guests were all happy!
What truly set them apart was their flexibility throughout the entire process. With a constantly changing guest list, they remained patient, accommodating, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The customer service was top-notch. Every single person from their team that we interacted with was professional, very friendly, and eager to help! They made us feel valued every step of the way and would run everything by us for approval. They included cake cutting and serving for us as part of their service even though they didn't do our cake, we felt very taken care of!

Alyssa and her team were great to work with! As a wedding planner, it's critical to me that everyone works well together for the sake of the couple. Alyssa was super responsive to questions and timeline feedback prior to the wedding day, and when we needed to shift the timeline around a bit on the day of the wedding, she was super accommodating, and her staff were so kind and on top of it - even taking a few things off of my plate. Can't wait to work with them again!

Alyssa and Jared and the rest of Deshebrado staff were amazing. 10/10. The food was absolutely delicious and we received MANY comments from guests on how much they enjoyed their meals. Service was exceptional - all the staff were kind and attentive. Deshebrado is also incredibly accommodating for any type of food allergies, preferences, etc. for your guests. If that isn't enough, I think their price point is very reasonable to the quality and service they deliver. You will not regret hiring them for your catering event.

Jake and I walked into our tasting and didn’t know what we had gotten ourselves into. Alyssa and Jared are AMAZING! When we heard their stories, we knew how passionate they both were about making everyone’s culinary dreams come true! There were some combinations we wouldn’t have even thought of that just made sense! Whenever we had any questions, Alyssa was fast to respond and even checked in with us throughout the planning stages. On the day of the wedding, I had no worries when it came to the food. There was so much flavor and love put into every single dish. This is my one and only time I’ve had a wedding. But I would be sure to choose Alyssa and Jared for any future events. If you are a future bride or groom having the toughest time finding a caterer for your special day. You don’t have to look any further because Deshebrado is the one! I had so many compliments on everything from all my guests. It’s almost been a month since the big day, and everyone is still reminiscing on all the food that was prepared.

Alyssa, Jared, and the entire Deshebrado team did a fantastic job making our wedding stress-free and delicious. They were able to quickly adjust their schedule as a result of rain, coordinate flawlessly with our other vendors, and had people coming back for seconds on dinner and dessert. Highly recommend!

We used Deshebrado for our wedding. They could not possibly have been better. We wanted our wedding to be really casual-feeling (no formal plates, no courses, just lots of food options - and because we are vegetarian, we wanted lots of veggie options that people would like even if they weren't vegetarian themselves). We originally were planning to use food trucks. Alyssa and Deshebrado were amazing. They gave us a truly awesome selection of food, we got to choose the menu and how we served it, to keep the "food truck" vibe but serve a large number of people. Our guests have been complimenting us on it for weeks. I would recommend Deshebrado to literally anyone catering a large event.

Alyssa and her crew were fantastic. Food was perfect. They were there and kept dinner plates cleared. They helped make the Celebration of life perfect.

Jared and Alyssa made the process of planning a wedding a breeze. They were incredibly helpful every step of the way and very responsive and accommodating to all of our questions. More importantly their food was absolutely incredible. I was approached by wedding guest after wedding guest who expressed how much they enjoyed it and wished they had the same quality of food at their own wedding. I recommend anyone planning a wedding in the Colorado area to give Deshebrado a call, you will be glad you did.
