I was helped by Chris working the register. They were clearly very busy but he had the best attitude ever! Super positive and helpful, he's the reason we will drive an extra 15 minutes out of our way past the other jack in the box closer to eat!!

They told me the restaurant was closed first I told him back at what time you guys close? So they said 11:00 Then I told him it's 10:45, and I want to order So then he tells me back we are only taking online orders Then I tell him back I already tried to place an order online but it didn't let me do it that's why I'm at the speaker. Then he tells me he don't know what to do because they are only taking online orders. So I did a 15 minutes drive for somebody to tell me they closed early for no reason. I hope managers read this and figure it out what happened, because I don't want to free food or something. But I'm not coming back to this place. 👌🏼 (Btw, if you don't want to work, you're rather get another job)

MOLD MOLD MOLD Would give 0 stars if I could. Started eating, food was cold, egg was not fully cooked and it was slimy in the middle spit it out and flipped it and the bun was COVERED IN MOLD. do not ever eat here we will never be coming back I threw up because I was so grossed out and don’t want MOLD IN MY BODY. Food was cold out the window, I live like 3 minutes away and it was COLD when we got home. chicken tenders we got were dark and looked like the oil needed to be changed BADLY. I seriously don’t leave reviews but don’t come here

Good food but hit or miss as far as competency goes. Sometimes it comes out fast and correct, other times you order a large coffee and they only fill it half way

I would like to say how awesome this location’s service is the employees are always polite not to mention they get my order right the many times I have came here the food is always fresh as well I would highly recommend this location!
The food at Jack-in-the-Box is always delicious. The prices are reasonable and with so many good items on the menu. It’s hard to choose which one to have.
