EXTREMELY expensive considering what you get. Literally no customer service, I couldn't flag down an employee in store and management never responded to my complaint. You couldn't pay me to eat here again, $15 for a tiny shitty burger and cold fries is completely unacceptable.

Umm... This is actually good fast food. Made fresh when you order. It seems to consistently have good service as well which surprises me these days for fast food.

This is the cleanest and most friendly Jack in the Box I have ever been to in Colorado. The customer service provided by Cayleigh & Christian was absolutely phenomenal. I live pretty far away and I will continue driving over here for that alone.

Ace Vue

Came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. There was like 2 cars in drive thru and no one in the lobby. I waited about 20 minutes before someone acknowledged or took my order. Staff just didn't care.

MEGAN BLOUNT

Paid $27 for a single flat burger with basically nothing on it, burnt old chicken nuggets, and cold stale fries. That was super disappointing and very frustrating for being almost 30 dollars.

I am convinced everyone that fast food employees are messing up orders on purpose. There's just no way you guys are consistently this bad on accident. Just the inability to even remember to put sauce or a fork in the bag is crazy. Imagine eating rice with your hands. Forget talking to the manager, I'd like to speak to your parents and ask them why they didn't care about you enough to teach you basic skills.

My family visited The location on 136 and Zuni On November 24, 6:30 at night . I have to say the guys here are awesome. Every one of the staff we interacted with is on point ,professional and polite . My experience here years ago weren’t the best but I have to say they have done 180° Turn around. We will definitely be back.
