Broomfield has horrible pizza so I was excited to order from Jets as I've heard good things. I called ahead for delivery because I always confirm if a company uses 3rd party (doordash etc.) for delivery. I was told that within a 3 mile radius from the store they use their own drivers. Outside that area they do use doordash (I will never use doordash for food delivery which is why I always call ahead to confirm how delivery works). Confirmed I would get a pizza delivered by their driver. Tried to order on the website, the site didn't work to place an order so I called back to place the order via phone. Delivery shows up and it's doordash delivering the pizza. Would have loved to try their pizza but never go the chance. Pizza goes straight to the trash. Will not be ordering from them ever again.

Order on DoorDash your pizza will come faster. The pizza is great but delivery is very slow through the store. DoorDash is the way to go.

Took advantage of an online promo and got two small one topping pizzas for $20 out the door - one was bacon (very tasty) and one was mushroom (also tasty). It was plenty of food and lasted more than a meal between the two of us. Loved the crunch of the Detroit style.

First time ordering from this location and all of the food was delivered cold. In addition, I ordered several side sauces that I paid extra for, and they were forgotten in the delivery order. I called the store to ask for a refund for the missing items which was honored over the phone. However, the refund was never actually put through to my credit card. Not a good experience.
