Literally 5 minutes away I ordered only a sandwich and 2 bags of chips took over an hour to deliver? By the time my food Got here the sandwich was soggy dude who delivered it was standoffish and honestly Never Ordering from this location again worst service I've received in a long time sad that 26 dollars for a meal that ended up in the trash what a waste

Ordered delivery and it got delivered to the wrong address and was sitting on top of bugs FOR A HOUR.. Would not recommend. 60 dollars down the drain and a hungry family ! And was met with combative responses on their mess up that wasn’t appreciated either.

Made an online order for $77.39. When I arrived for the pick up I asked if all 6 sandwiches were in the bag and was told abruptly they were. I then drove 10 min home to find out one was missing. When I called the manager told me they wound not pay to have it delivered, that I could come pick it up. They went on to tell me the best they could do was offer me a credit. The issue here is that the restaurant made a mistake, which happens, but made no effort to make it right. Giving me a credit does not solve the issue and telling me that I should pay for the delivery because someone has to pay for the gas is idiotic. Please learn how to taken responsibility for mistakes and make it right to the people who keep your doors open.

"Out of french bread" so needed to order wheat. French bread was brought in immediately after I ordered but staff refused to switch. After all that I find out they weren't out of french bread to start just "saving it for online orders".

DELIVERY WARNING - IT WILL TAKE an HOURLove the sandwiches, but it seems not that they’re using Uber to deliver the speedy service I enjoyed previously is no longer a thing. :(Update - still waiting. It’s now so late that I might need to leave here before it arrives.Lowering review to 1 star. Finally on the way, but it will have been 1 hour from when I ordered until I get it. I could have just driven down there.I used to order and the guy was literally walking into the office within 7 minutes. Wow, JJ has really declined. Very disappointed.

Ordered a wrap online. Something happened where the order was not delivered correctly and onions were put on. When I called to have a new one made they told me it was my fault and they would not make a new one . Without changing me. So if your happen to not catch the mistake online your s.o.l. they will not care they just want you money . Good on you. At least subway would have remade the meal without hassle.
