I've ordered from this location many times. A fair mixture of delivery, pickup, and dine in. And about half of them have been disappointing. The worst of which was having cigarette ashes on my fountain beverage. Tonight I ordered delivery and the chips that you gave me expired last summer.

Drove 30 minutes from Ft Lupton because this is the closest location to us. Ordered a party pack that is supposed to be 30 sandwiches we were given 27 the manager refused to refund the remaining money they owed us wanted me to drive 30 minutes back for a credit. Zero accountability zero compensation for their mistake. We will never go back to this place! We are now short on food for our party.

We’ve always enjoyed Jimmy John’s and are regular customers, but our most recent visit left us incredibly disappointed. The service we received at the drive-thru was shockingly poor—rather than attempting to assist us with a simple issue, the employee was dismissive and rude, making no effort to help resolve the situation. It was by far the worst experience we’ve had at this location. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this visit made us rethink our loyalty.

Skip this location. They apparently just switched to Uber Eats for delivery, currently waiting one-hour and fifteen minutes and it still hasn't been picked up. This store used to be pretty good and used to consistently get here in 20-30 minutes, shame.

Absolutely amazing sandwiches. I stopped in the area to do some errands and saw this place. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They have 17 sandwiches to choose from and they all are different nothing like a subway but they have many sandwiches and you can customize them also! Got my wife the unwich option since she is on a diet! LOL I can't tell you how satisfied I was with everything. They were also extremely fast and cheap as well. The quality was very good compared to subway or even jersey Mike's. I will not go anywhere else when I'm craving a sandwich. I got my kids the little johns ! They are the smaller sandwiches and were very affordable!!! The chips are also to die for. The BBQ and Jalepeno chips were great as well as the chocolate chip cookies! You will be seeing me more often!!! ? ?

By far the worst Jimmy John’s location. 3 PM on a Tuesday afternoon and they are not working the drive-through. I mean at all. People in the drive-through put their cars in park and have to walk in and still nobody is in there working. Avoid this location.

So busy single mom of 3 who has a busy schedule she mildly stressful job silly me drove off without their order. Were all human, but to walk in to repick up my food and find a employee talking down about it is down right insulting. So yea I guess I'll be doing to a different Jimmy John's from now on.
