I can’t make this up! After an extremely long day at work I ordered from here through Door Dash! When my food arrived the sandwich felt very light when I opened it had ZERO MEAT in it. I double checked my order and it did not say no Meat because I could’ve accidentally hit that so I call and the girl tells me well I don’t have an order based off your phone number. I explained to her I ordered it through my boyfriend‘s phone number and I could give that to her. She then told me she can’t look up orders with a phone number and she would pass the information along to the owner or manager and as of today I still have not heard back. For me I don’t write reviews because I work in the customer service industry, but this is extremely disappointing and dissatisfying. How do you make a simple sandwich order and not add the main ingredient?

It says online that you get a free sandwich after your first order of $5 or more but really they only give you 10 points per dollar you spend and it cost 1200 points for a sandwich so that is A LOT more than $5.
Great staff. All the standards of service were nailed. I haven’t seen that anywhere in a few months.

Freaky slow! Slowest Jimmy John's I think I have been to! Maybe 10 minutes and I think we were only ones in there. Not sure what happened but was unusually slow and they had 5 people. And then they messed an order. I am only doing a 2 star since the cashier was nice enough to comp my son a free day old bread.
I recently ordered a pickup order from this location and upon receiving my sandwich and taking a bite, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that the bread while nice and fresh out of the oven, was very doughy in the middle. I called the location immediately, simply to make them aware so no other Customer had a similar experience only to have the manager on duty Mike, tell me that he didn’t think that would be the case and offered to refund my money or give me another sandwich. I guess this is what Customer service looks like these days.

I love Jimmy John's but not this one. I keep giving them chances over the years and I still seem to find long thick black strands of hair in my sandwiches. Happened 3 times now in the last couple of years where I decided to try again. Never had this issue at other JJs. Service used to be freaky slow but it's gotten faster. The hair in the food multiple times is enough for me to pass on coming here again. Maybe you need to better train your staff on health and safety regulations.

I've ordered from this location many times. A fair mixture of delivery, pickup, and dine in. And about half of them have been disappointing. The worst of which was having cigarette ashes on my fountain beverage. Tonight I ordered delivery and the chips that you gave me expired last summer.

Drove 30 minutes from Ft Lupton because this is the closest location to us. Ordered a party pack that is supposed to be 30 sandwiches we were given 27 the manager refused to refund the remaining money they owed us wanted me to drive 30 minutes back for a credit. Zero accountability zero compensation for their mistake. We will never go back to this place! We are now short on food for our party.
We’ve always enjoyed Jimmy John’s and are regular customers, but our most recent visit left us incredibly disappointed. The service we received at the drive-thru was shockingly poor—rather than attempting to assist us with a simple issue, the employee was dismissive and rude, making no effort to help resolve the situation. It was by far the worst experience we’ve had at this location. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this visit made us rethink our loyalty.

D team working today or something. Took a very long time in the drive-through to get 3 sandwiches. The sandwiches didn't have condiments on them. The giant sandwich wasn't cut in half, which other locations do.

One slice of turkey on my sandwich !! Lol wow. Asked for extra lettuce and tomato did not receive. .why on earth don't you cut the giant sandwich? Laziness?
