There are a couple of truly friendly staff (since some new staff was just hired) and there is another staff that was always friendly but it's weird because if you go in and they're not working the register or making the drinks then they just ignore you so I don't know if it's truly friendly or just being courteous. I think it's just being courteous. It's kind of disappointing because you see the same person and have conversations with them regularly but then they act like you don't exist unless they are working the register or making drinks (or doing both) but one of the new staff, Maddie seems very friendly and truly personable and there's another new staff that seems personable as well. One of the staff is not only not very friendly but claims that she can't figure out how to do an egg wrap even though there are turkey wraps and other wraps (I believe including a build your own) but evidently figuring out how to put a couple of eggs and bacon on a wrap is very difficult and the other staff that's typically there just don't chip in when they hear this sort of thing going on. It's just weird. If you're lucky you will go in when one of the courteous or the truly friendly staff are there. I will personally be going to a different shop because I don't like the hot and cold behaviors.
Their Chai, is great. I do know that there is another location even though it's much further from me since I live across the street from this location but if you have the same experiences regularly then there is another one a few miles away or if you just drop in because you happen to be shopping at the mall then you won't be disappointed with their drinks.

I got a medium bourbon vanilla chai blended and it was delicious. Better than I expected for my first chai drink. Will definitely go again.

Chai tea is always amazing!

Really good banana bread chai! It’s true, it’s super sweet - but that’s what i came for! They had a crazy amount of chai flavors I had never seen before. Good experience!

Short blonde hair chick with micro shorts no one in the mall likes her I just want to go on my break and get food and piece and she just puts a damper on the day she can’t be bothered to toast a bagel when asked to re toast she made us pay for another one she makes fun of us she’s ruining the business hope they get rid of her so we can come back we work in the mall ur job is not that hard to being acting like that

Unless the blonde chick is working don’t bother going in because you’re just a bother and make them do their job. It makes them miserable and sometimes you have to leave because you’re on break and they could care less about you so you wasted your break and don’t have food.

I was not impressed by the attire of one of the baristas-had half of her butt hanging out of her shorts. Very sure families with young children would not be impressed. Moreover, I have experienced rudeness from your baristas, which made me feel unwelcome. It is imperative that their behavior be addressed to ensure customers are treated with respect. As a regular customer who supports your business, I appreciate kindness and consistency. Thank you.

Great service ! Good bagels and chai

I’ve been here a few times now and every time I always love my drink and the service is always great. I can’t wait to come back for My next chai. As a tea drinker, I love having a place I can go that makes a good Non-coffee drinks.

After being disappointed at the bobba tea place I walked in to get a decaf iced coffee. My batista was so helpful and patient. I plan on going back again. Love this place.
