My only thing is it seems to be closed randomly for like an hour or so. I make the drive to get it and its closed for over an hour and thats really sad cause i cant wait around for it to open :(

Well not I’m not impressed that one of the baristas had half of her butt hanging out of her shorts. Very sure families with young children would not be impressed

We stop in for a caffeine rush and this placed did a great job❤️ they even had a baseball plug for me⚾️

Tiktok @conniesreviewsVisited the Flatirons location. As others have mentioned, the drinks are very sweet. I'm assuming it's the base that's used since Chai is not traditionally that sweet, just slightly sweet with mostly spice notes. I had a Sugar free vanilla base Chai with the sugar free coconut syrup. I've never purchased a drink that still had chunks of the base floating around in it. The flavor of the drink itself was sweet and I could definitely taste the coconut which was great, but due to all of the undissolved base floating around, it made for a very weird drinking experience. I kept getting the chunks ever few sips. I probably won't revisit or if I do, will try a hot drink since the mixing of the base isn't happening very well in the cold drinks. The employees probably need to be mixing a little longer. I'd like to give the spot another shot. Being an avid chai drinker I always like to try new places. The ladies were very nice and helpful, answered my questions, the atmosphere was also good.

Cute shop inside Flatiron Crossings mall. I previously had a Chai, and it was great. However, this past visit, I tried a white chocolate mocha. Was really disappointed. No coffee taste. Just tasted like really sweet milk. Espresso to milk/flavoring needs to be adjusted.

Generally the drinks and the customer service are great. This evening I ordered a chai milkshake like I have plenty of times in the past, but this time the drink did not come out how it was supposed to. What she initially handed me was super liquidy and slightly warm. I handed it back and politely asked why it was so liquidy. She told me that she ran out of the already softened ice cream and could try to blend up some more in it to fix. I let her try to fix, but when she handed it back it was still really liquidy. I could tell it had a little more thickness to it but it still had the consistency of melted ice cream. She said it was the best she could do, and I honestly didn't feel like pushing it with her. I've never had anything that terrible made for me here in the past. My husband and I love going here and up to this it's been great. I don't like leaving a poor review for a place that I like, but I also feel like if you pay $10 for a drink, you should get what you paid for. If she knew it wasn't enough ice cream when she was making the drink, she could've just said so and refunded our money.
