Very slow. It took 20 minutes and the person next to me was waiting even though they ordered online 30 minutes before. They just kept making orders for people who weren’t even there yet

For KFC miniature chicken parts it was fresh and hot when delivered. But I’d love to tear apart each piece and weigh how much actual protein there is. Over half of the chicken is ‘other parts’. Moving on from KFC.

The fried chicken was slimey and wet. Definitely not the golden brown color it should have been. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and a giant hole in the floor. Only one person was working the front while 4 people were in the back so I had to wait forever for the bathroom code.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was standing in front of the register, waiting patiently for someone to take my order, and was just ignored. The same worker stared at me twice and just turned her back on me twice. Absolutely disrespectful and will never return to a place with such terrible staff.
