Absolutely terrible experience. I was standing in front of the register, waiting patiently for someone to take my order, and was just ignored. The same worker stared at me twice and just turned her back on me twice. Absolutely disrespectful and will never return to a place with such terrible staff.

They never give you sauce...you ask...and ask and ask....nothing...every single time...no matter drivethrew door dash anything....they NEVER GIVE YOU SAUCE...it's apprently hard to read orders

I am another person that ordered delivery from KFC and it never showed up. I got a call from a kid that works there telling me that someone picked it up already and I need to call The delivery company to get my money back. I stated that someone obviously took the wrong meal and the right thing to do would be to just remake it and send it with the New driver, because no one actually picked up my order! No one updated in the app and this kid tried to tell me that it’s basically the delivery company‘s fault that someone stole my food. They would not remake it because they “did not have the authority to do so“. I was only able to get a fraction of my money back from the delivery company and I firmly believe this is all KFC‘s fault.

I should have read the reviews, but I mean Taco Bell has worse reviews, and they do better than this place. Half my order is missing. I paid so much for it it's ridiculous.

Went here Jan 27th 2025, Can I just say the decor here is incredible especially for a fast food place? Lights, hanging stars, and (fake) flower vases on every table! Also, when we ordered a 12pc nuggets they misheard us and put in 8, but then gave us the rest for free since they made a mistake. They were also extremely kind and friendly in general. The chicken sandwich I ordered with extra mayo no pickles had lots of mayo on it which is great and also the chicken was the freshest I've ever tasted at a fast food restaurant. It was crispy, hot, and delicious.

I wanted to try the Nashville famous bowl and it was really good I ordered inside and got a rootbeer float and the guy with dark hair at the front counter asked me if i wanted it in glass mug. I was super excited as ive never had one in mug that was frosted!!! The guy even brought me it to my table! Definitely will be coming back again and im so glad this place has been cleaned up :)
