We waited for a long while for our drive through order. They didn’t even let us know they didnt have biscuits for my combo. The nashville hot wasnt even sauce it was just spicy oil. So gross. Stay away

Ordered corn dog nuggets in the drive-thru, they told me to pull up to the designated parking spots to wait for my food. I waited over 30 minutes in the parking lot until finally losing my patience and going inside to check on my order. Nobody was manning the front counter, so i waited there for another 5 minutes until finally hollering "excuse me" at an employee to grab their attention. She looked and my food was sitting there waiting on a tray. I would have asked for a refund but I was late getting back to work, since I wasted my whole lunch break waiting in their parking lot. "Fast food"? Yeah right.

Long wait! No line myself and 4 cars behind us had to wait for food which is fine since it’s fresh but 35 minutes is unacceptable when there is no one inside. Asked for no corn for my daughter who is allergic to corn and we got extra corn! ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED TO SAY THE LEAST

bought a 3 piece dinner and received three thighs that were over cooked. Fries were soggy and root beer was nasty tasting. The person taking my order was actually outside in his vehicle smoking. will never go back.

The 2 teenage boys working there didnt seem to be happy they were working there. Complimented our car which was nice. When we got our food it was as if they just tossed it together and gave it to us. They completely missed one of the meals too.This happened at 9pm on 2/23/24

I was here for lunch today, and the staff was very friendly and quick. I only kind of knew what I wanted, and the suggestion he made saved me a couple bucks. It was pretty busy but my lunch was quick and accurate.

Forgot two items of ours and when we called they hung up didn’t call back and on top of it all gave us 4 small sides when it clearly said large size .fo not recommend sucks can’t even get an order right or fix the problem .

Multiple occasions I’ve been here I’ve been treated with rudeness and hostility by the servers and staff I come here at night during the scheduled hours, and I found them to be closed with no sign or not asked to be why they’re closed. This place has gone downhill and it is annoying that I can’t have a decent place like this anymore.

On Tuesday they had a great deal and it was 10 dollars for the two of us. The employee was patient with me when I had a hard time seeing the menu. It was pretty clean, too!
