Went around 9:15-9:20 tonight and the guy taking my order was super quick and asked how my night was going. Very personable especially for fast food. My order came out within a minute, and I was very impressed all around with the crew working. 12/10. These guys killed it.

Served cold coffee. Out of condiments. Playplace was a mess, food all over the floor, every table was dirty. Kid slipped and hit his head, asked them to clean up the blood on the floor and they did nothing. This place is filthy.

We just got done through the drive-thru and this is my regular McDonald's. I come here often and I just need to say that Johnny this night time worker employee on crutches is amazing and I hope he becomes a trainer his polite and you can tell he likes his job which is rare for anyone company this day and age but especially at McDonald's like I would say I come there 4 times a week and his first McDonald's employee who has been happy and just good at customer service. I am a general manager and when I tell you his a gem in the food/ customer service industry. Please please don't loose him!!!!!

Surprised only 3.5 perhaps they had a bad spell. Day shift customer service oriented. Very clean only negative is no place to charge phone. Almost gave a 5 because it is so clean. Also front staff able to answer questions. Bought a gift card because yesterday when I went to BK got offered $1 sandwich and it expired. Other customers report food is fine so able to give 5 stars there. Boycotting MC Donald's by my house due to mcracist and poor customer service. Multiracial day crew unlike my McDonald's.

I got the wrong order at the Drive-Thru, so I pulled over and went in the restaurant to get the right order. The latina lady that seemed like the manager did not even say “sorry” or anything as she replaced the wrong order. She almost seemed annoyed by it. Well then get the order right the first time then. They also BURN the McMuffins 80% of the times.
Im glad they brought back the monopoly stuff. Honestly that's the only reason I went here. Also they usually have amazing hot fudge Sundays but not this location the ice cream is no good. My big mac was OK, the fries dont taste the same since they are never fresh nowadays. Service is terrible at any fast food place nobody cares anymore. Just spend the extra $5 and go to a proper restaurant.

Why is it i come in today they refuse to give me a cup with a game pieace on it and the one on my fries had been pre removed and no bacon on my burger I ordered with bacon but 6 nuggets in the 4 count box yay I guess Edit not yay found whatever this is in my fries what the hell mcdonalds i know what this is I should sue

Don't use the app to order at this McDonalds. I ordered on the app. I was a couple of minutes away. Pulled up to order area and gave order number, then went to window to pick up food. About 1/4 mile going home, I tasted my fries. They were stone cold. Home in 3 minutes. The burger was also cold. Very unhappy with meal.

Half the time my food is messed up. How hard is ketchup only? My burgers come with all of the toppings every other time I come to this location. So tired of wasting my money on food I’m not going to eat.
