The menu is, blending Chinese flavors with contemporary creativity. We enjoyed the Sautéed Jalapeño Steak and Chinese Sausage Fried Rice, both of which were exceptional. The steak was tender and expertly seasoned, with the jalapeños adding just the right kick without overpowering the dish. The fried rice was equally impressive, with the Chinese sausage providing a bit more flavor.
Service was outstanding—attentive without being intrusive, and every member of the staff seemed genuinely invested in ensuring our experience was memorable.
If you're looking for a restaurant that elevates Chinese cuisine to new heights while providing a modern, elegant dining atmosphere, Miya Moon is a must-visit.

I almost don't want to post a review here because I want to keep this place a secret! Amazing food. Literally some of the best apps I've ever had. Great atmosphere. Service = 5 stars. New neighborhood gem!

Such a great gem in the suburbs of Denver. The bartender made us feel so welcomed immediately and gave us great suggestions on beer and cocktails.
Highly recommend the pork gyoza and spare ribs, but all of our tapas were fantastic. For our entree we ordered the black pepper steak noodles and the meat was cooked to perfection. We will be back!!!

This place has a ton of potential to be a very chic dining experience. It's very clear that a ton of effort has been put into the redesign, but some areas lacked some of the attention to detail given to others. We visited during the soft opening, so this review contains some hopefully constructive criticism - we enjoyed our meal and will be back!
The two entrees we ordered - mapo tofu and black pepper filet with spaghetti - were excellent. The filet was unbelievably tender and the tofu had amazing flavor. The street bites we ordered didn't blow our minds (rangoons, dumplings, and shortribs), but were good. The ume old fashioned was one of the best cocktails we've had in Broomfield.
The atmosphere was mixed. The redesign of the space is gorgeous, they had really over-the-top packaging for the food I took home. However, both of the tvs were on over the bar but playing the tv guide for the entire time we were there. The top hits playing on the radio weren't giving the chic vibe the rest of the space was suggesting, and the menu design looked like someone fought a little with a template rather than going for something simple and classic. With some small adjustments, this can be a really chic and special spot!

Thank the sweet baby Jesus. We have some delicious food in the northern burbs.
Had takeout and the whole experience is a ten!
The reusable bag keeps the food hot. The cutest too go containers I’ve ever seen with a little pop sealed vent to keep hot steamy things that way and hot fried things with some air.
The portions are just right but order more if you want left overs. The food is so delicious I didn’t even stop to take a photo. There is nothing left. And…the take away containers are going to Thanksgiving dinner for left overs.
We had the most tender pepper steak with noodles. Amazing. Just amazing.
Egg rolls, steamed dumplings and the tempura asparagus…. Yes!!!! The sauces are mind blowing and clearly made from scratch. I despise sweet and sour sauce and this version is this brilliant color and tastes great. I have no idea what’s in there but I’m here for it. The sauce with the asparagus - yum!!!!
And saving the best for last. The sautéed eggplant dish. I could eat it every day.
There was no traditional side o’ rice and at first I was like, hey where’s the rice? I don’t even eat the rice so it was funny. Now I understand- this is not your average takeout. No rice needed.
It’s not inexpensive but also is high value with the complex flavors, presentation and there’s just love in there. It made me think of restaurants like Cholon, Jing or Hop Alley - but better. Yep. I said it.
We had 4 appetizers and 2 entrees and it was $55.
The restaurant looks stunning and will be back for dine in. If you want be giant boxes of traditional Chinese take-out that is also amazing, hit up Uncle Henry’s on 120th.
Thank you for this holiday miracle, Thank you.

The food was okay, but not worth the price for very small portions. We spent $80 for both of us but was still hungry in the end. The wait was also very long. Tbh, I would not come back for overpriced Chinese food.

Thanks for having us to your soft opening. Everyone enjoyed their food and its presentation. I found my Szechuan chicken dish cooked to perfection. The service was good and attentive with no first-day hiccups. Off to a nice, well-organized start there, Miya Moon.

When you step in, you literally escape from CO and enter a vibrant, upscale and beautifully well lit restaurant with beautiful LED lights everywhere. You can come on a date or a large group and the food does not pale in comparison to other Chinese cuisines in Vegas and other cities! Lots of amazing dishes but I can’t help to call out how the green beans are an absolute fave even for the kiddos! Definitely returning often!
