Way more impressive than you would expect to find in the middle of the suburbs. Miya moon presents amazing vegan options and some all around classic dishes. Their drinks are beautiful, see the picture feature... Yes... Gold on the ice. Nothing crazy pricy but expect to spend $20 per person on an entre. Service was rough when we went in with a reserved large party. Some missed opportunities to refresh drinks and some serious timing issues with food coming out of the kitchen. But...
If you’re looking for Din Tai Fung in Colorado, I think this restaurant is the closest. Their food tastes good and the prices are more reasonable than some other dim sum/soup dumplings places. The only thing to note is that the usual “Xiao Long Bao” (soul dumplings) is actually called Juicy Soup Dumplings here. Their Xiao Long Bao is like a smaller version of steamed pork buns with no soup in it. I also wish they will have beef shank noodles, big wontons, and more soup dumplings...
The food was great. Not always as hot as I would expect, but everyone thought it was flavorful and well crafted.

The service was friendly, but otherwise… not great. With a table of 12, showing up with a drink or dish every few minutes and asking who ordered it in loud restaurants got annoying fast. It was probably 30 minutes between the first person getting their entree and the last.

It was frankly strange service for an otherwise high end...
