I'm really not sure why I keep going back to this location. Each and every time I order online for pickup, something is either missing or not what I ordered.My most recent order was a Pad Thai with extra noodles. Received a regular Pad Thai with a tiny side of spaghetti noodles. Why? The receipt attached to the bag had nothing on it that looks anything like the word spaghetti!Other times they are out of the rice crispy dessert but instead of saying something, they just put a cookie in to substitute.If I wanted a cookie, I would order a cookie!!! ? This time, lesson learned... Until the next time ???

Food is excellent but pricey. I like that they have small & regular portions. Good for me & the kids. But they need to have an extra large portion. My husband was still hungry after getting the regular size.

ZERO STARS. Very dirty store. Rude cashier. Came in at 7:15. Ordered one bowl of pasta. Cashier tried to charge me for extra chicken when I didn’t ask for that. Waited 20 minutes with a virtually empty restaurant for my food. While I was waiting I noticed how dirty the store was. Looking closer the kitchen was even dirtier. Sloppy employees spilling half cooked food all over the floor. So grossed out I asked for a refund. Assistant manager Zoe didn’t even bother to apologize for her rude staff and slow service time. Go anywhere else or be sad

Don't go here because you won't get Service. I stood at the order desk for 5 minutes. Nobody even greeted me or said that they would be with me shortly., Then someone walked in to get a to go order. And they went to them right away after I had been standing there all that time.. I finally got to order and got my food. My noodles were cold and the bread was hard.

Terrible service. I subbed mushrooms in my meal with Broccoli and literally received ONE SINGLE broccoli floret in my entire meal. They also removed the spinach which I did not request. I also Requested silverware as I’m at an office that is hosting our meeting with no kitchen and didn’t receive a fork for my pasta or a spoon for my food so I have to eat it at home in 4 hours. Terrible terrible service

They mess up every single order. The last time, I did an online order with the Impossible Panko Chicken and they gave me real chicken. Only because I knew what it was supposed to look like did I realize it. That's not the kind of mistake they should be making. They refunded the dish – but kept the tip and the food. lol. So, vegetarians and vegans should be extremely careful here.Vegetarian options: Restaurant will give you real chicken even if you order Impossible Panko Chicken. Be extremely cautious.
