“Corporate won’t let us change our dishes the way the customer would like” Not to mention, the girl that works here is rather rude and quite literally seems to have zero customer service skills.
They experienced some hiccups this evening that seemed beyond their control, and they were really great about communicating that there would be a delay in our food and why and checking back in. The delay was very minor.
The food was just about as good as any other noodles and company so no complaints there. My issue was mainly with the cleanliness. The bathroom stank badly, and the urinal literally had a film of stuff growing in it! The dining area was not too great either. Maybe they keep the back clean but it's hard to trust them to keep it clean if they don't put in work to keep what customers see clean.
We had a great experience at this location. The food was freshly prepare and very good. And the service was spot on. Brandon at the register was helpful, cheerful and very professional. We WILL be coming back!

Location was good easy to find. Service and food were great as always. Pop machine was a little too dirty for my liking but nothing to complain about. Would come to the location again when passing through.

This location is pretty hit or miss. Every once in a while they are on their game and everything is great, but more and more lately they forget items, noodles are undercooked (beyond al dente, bordering on crunchy), changes to order ignored, etc.. It's by far the closest to my work so coworkers and I try to keep giving additional tries, but are pretty close to giving up. Most recently ordered a dish and subbed egg noodles for fettuccini, and also added extra fettuccini, but received a dish of half egg noodles and half fettuccini. Just the kind of thing that you'd expect the person preparing the dish to second guess even if it was ordered that way, much less ignoring instructions.

Good noodles, but price is getting silly. Small beef stroganoff is 14.50 ( no drink or addon). barely enough to feed a child. I get inflation , but noodles has taken it to new level.

This Noodles location requires you to add a protein when you use the app, website or call in an order. They do carry tofu and Impossible chicken if you don't want meat, but I don't like the forced upsell. Good news is if you change pick up locations the protein requirement is removed.
Love this Noodles.. We drive a little further to order from this location as opposed to the one down the street. Maybe it’s made with love, maybe it’s made with young adults drinking redbulls. Whatever it is, it’s working. I want to thank this team for always making it extra delicious. 10/10 on the yummy scale.

Honestly, if it wasn’t for Joey I’d call corporate and complain. Howard was so rude and unprofessional but thankfully Joey came in and made it right. The whole point of me driving out there was that Katie mentioned she would give me vouchers that another location told me they would to make up for the horrific experience at the Westminster location but they never sent them and Howard argued with me that he can’t give me the vouchers. He even took my cell number bc I thought he was giving it to Katie to call me ( to FINALLY fix this) but instead he calls me while I’m standing in front of him at the counter. ?I could also see staff on the side goofing around on their phones vs cleaning the restaurant that needed it.This company has really gone downhill and I won’t be back. I gave them several chances to make it right but multiple locations continue to fail terribly. That’s OK though bc you can make better food yourself vs. paying for this. It’s not worth it.
