I don't know how to rate this visit. I'll explain...It was my kid's birthday and he chose Old Chicago for his birthday meal. We picked up his great-grandfather and the 3 of us had an early dinner. It was about 4pm. The place was not busy. We left around 6pm and it never got busy. There's no special anything for birthdays.This OC's is huge. It's way bigger than any other location I've been to. We got to the restaurant around 9:00 p.m. and were happy that the full menu was still available. Our server Melissa was awesome. Very pleasant to talk to and kept our drinks full. We hadn't been to OC in a couple of years and were disappointed to learn that the tavern style pizza had changed; it was much better with the sweet sauce. The garlic cheese bread has always been hit or miss, and tonight it was a miss. The jalapeno bites were as good as ever though. And you can never...

Staff was kind and pleasant but they did have us stand in the lobby for 10 minutes, when we could have just sat down in the bar area., This place is suffering from understaffing like so many other places. I usually love the pizza here, but it was undercooked, raw in the middle. It was an unfortunate not great experience.
