Our server was so welcoming and made my mom's birthday a really special occasion! Thank you!

Probably not returning... I made a reservation and expected to be seated at a dining table. We were escorted to a bar high top against the window. I expressed distain due to the cold temperature and the hostess did not respond. We sat, I froze throughout dinner. Sitting against the window in winter is COLD. The server was annoying. I ordered a glass of wine only to learn it was out of stock. He suggested a lesser brand which I declined. He went on and on about what he would suggest, never asking what I prefer. He was back 2 minutes later asking for orders. We shared we needed to review the menu and again, he suggested what he likes without provocation. He was like a puppy, just showing up again and again needing attention. When we ordered, we asked for an app, and then two entrees. My food arrived 5 minutes later, not the app. It was awkward for my friend to have no food, app or entree, so my food sat to get cold. Then her food arrived, and then our appetizer. I believe in eating hot food hot. The sequence of arrivals did not permit this and the waiter kept returning asking what we needed. By then, we were both crying, grieving my Cousin who recently passed. Two people crying should be a sign to give us space. The waiter could not read the room. My Cousin loved PF Chang's. I loved PFC, yet my recent experience shows me it may be time to breakup with this love...

It was my first time eating at P.F. Chang’s and it was delicious! Service was amazing in everything came out super fast and it was fresh ! Highly recommend the cucumber salad, garlic noodles and Mongolian beef !! Definitely will be going back !

Usually a favorite place but on Monday 11-24 it was very hard to get to with all the chaotic construction. On top of that, I got severe food poisoning from chicken Pad Thai. I tried to call to inform them but they hang up on you when their 1 line is busy so this is the only way to inform them.

We have been going to Changs since it first opened. (in Flatirons’s yesterday 11/22/25.)I have never been so disappointed with the food yesterday. Honey crisp chicken and Changs spicy chicken were soaked in grease and the help was very pleasant but the food was really a let down. We have gone there for a good meal but probably won’t be going back.

I was really disappointed with my experience at P.F. Chang’s. The wait was way too long, and when the food finally came out, I found hair in my food not once but twice. The sesame chicken tasted like plain ketchup on chicken, and the fried rice portion was incredibly small and had a strong “old grease” taste. We even had to get our own straws for our drinks because no one brought them.

The one positive was the broccoli and chicken — it tasted great, but the serving was tiny. Overall, for the price and the reputation, this visit was a major letdown. I won’t be returning.

The food and atmosphere were very nice! Did not like the entree I ordered, and my server Aquila graciously exchanged and brought me a new entree! I am very thankful!!!
