The dough on the mini murphs we got was crusty and old and didn't cook very well. The thin crust pizzas were overloaded with toppings and also didn't cook well. The dough looked like it was rushed and sloppily put together. We won't be back to this location. I miss the 136th location. Idk how that one closed and this one is still in operation.

Absolutely disgusting, I walked in and there is trash on the floor in the corner and when I go to order I could see how nasty the floor was back there. Not to mention the ants all over the establishment! It was gross and I’m also not sure if I saw a cockroach or not but it was a bigger bug and it was just gross.I was so worried to eat the food and when I did it tasted like swamp. I wouldn’t come here ever again and wouldn’t recommend this papa Murphys, other places might be better but I don’t want to try. The actual workers there were nice and respectful but that place was not accessible.

our pizza had mold on it, our spinach and zucchini was rotten, management was very rude to us when asked for a refund (we got it) the store overall was quite disgusting. the floors were sticky and dirty, -10/10 experience do NOT recommend. the pizza at this location has never been good anytime we’ve ever gotten it. foods trash, it needs to have new managers and the atmosphere was just absolutely gross.

My husband just spent almost $60 for a medium pizza, Mediterranean salad and 2 calzones..the calzones are literally half a pizza crust cut in half and barely stuffed with anything. I never ever complain about places and I’m not complaining about the service at all! The 2 young people working were very nice, but this is what your giving people?? I will never come back here again and feel a little ripped off honestly. Probably won’t ever be back after this. The sauce cups are almost the same size as the “calzones”.

Take and bake has replaced delivery and fast pizza for me and the family. You can get way more bang for your buck, and the service can focus on quality. The staff here are always very nice, and they never skimp. When it comes to pizza, we prefer Papa Murphy's over most. Worth it!

I didn't want to leave this review, because we have had nothing but great experiences at this store. However, Halloween was a hot mess, and I can't get the store to answer the phone to address the issue. I ordered 3 pizzas for pick up at 3:30 on Halloween. When I got to the store, it was in total disarray and the employees were VERY overwhelmed. I felt bad for them because many customers were being very rude and boisterous in the lobby. I asked how long until my order was ready and they said at least 1.5-2 hours. I couldn't come back, and they told me to call the next day to get a refund. Honestly, I didn't want to bother the employees more because I know they were trying their best to accommodate the mass chaos that was unfolding. However, I have been calling since Saturday and can't get anyone to answer the phone to get a refund or at least a store credit.

I should have read the recent reviews more closely. I ordered two pizzas online at 12:30 to be ready for pick up at 4pm. Being Halloween I would expect things to be busy, but not the chaos I witnessed. When I arrived at 4pm there were pizzas everywhere with receipts all over the floor. No way to tell who's pizzas were who's. The place was filled with people waiting for their orders as well. When I went up to ask about my order I was told it would be at least 1 1/2 hours. There was no orginazation to the madness. I was told I could get a refund and to just leave me name and phone number. Hopefully I'll be getting a call back today.
