The service is horrible, the Asian lady with glasses is not friendly at all and has zero patience and just rude! Their online menu is wrong and needs to be updated, they don't like you asking questions..overall food was ok but again horrible service! Take the drive, go down federal!

I am so delighted to have found a place to get banh mi 😊 their pastries are exquisite. Boba cooked so well. I plan to go back when I need a delicious meal!

I got nervous at the counter and ordered the wrong thing and it was still excellent. Their coffee drinks are intense and the Thai tea was delicious.

Amazing Vietnamese sandwiches that come in so many flavor options! I loved the crispy pork belly Banh Mi! We came for their ice Vietnamese Coffee (highly recommend). Perfectly balanced sweetness with roasted coffee flavor.
We ended up leaving with sandwiches for lunch and pastries for the following days breakfast. Check this spot out! Very hospitable and helpful staff. Thank you Paris Banh Cafe&Bakery!

It was our first time trying this bakery and I have to say it was delicious! The bread is soft, vegetables were freah, and the meat was very tasty. The customer service was great, very friendly staff. Great price for such a big sandwich, and the Strawberry Milk Slush was amazing. We will definitely be back again soon!!!!!

First time trying Bahn mi and the staff was super nice and helpful. The portion size was very big for the price and it tasted amazing. Everything was super fresh. Will go again.

I was excited to try out this place as it is closer than the one I would go to in Denver.
I did ask for my pork sandwich to be spicy which was perfect. The staff wasn't all that friendly, if I was someone who was new to Vietnamese sandwiches I would have lots of questions. I wasn't greeted nor was I asked if I had been there before, if I've ever had a sandwich, or anything that would have elevated the customer service experience .Otherwise, I really did enjoy my sandwich. It was quite good and I would go here again.

Good prices on bahn mi, especially this day in age. Custard pastry was to die for. Overall surprisingly good and will be a new regular here.

I ordered two banh mi sandwiches here and they were pretty good and comparable to the many I’ve tried across the Bay Area. I also tried the Vietnamese black iced coffee which was pretty strong and definitely what I was looking for!
The only negative experience here was the suggested tip screen after ordering in-person. The minimum pre-calculated suggested tip was in the 20% range which is well above industry standard for picking up a sandwich. This is very questionable especially when this range is more in line with sit-down restaurants with waiters/waitresses. Although you have an option to skip or change the amount, it still creates an inconvenient experience for the customer.
Despite the food being good and priced fairly, the inflated tip options could use an adjustment.
Update 9/13/24: Haven’t been here in-person recently, but have placed a few orders for delivery via DoorDash all of which have been great. Really appreciate the accuracy on the orders. Sandwiches have been delicious! Bags are often sealed with a sticker to prevent accidents which has been a nice touch. +1
