Years since we've eaten here. We had Mongolian Beef with hot and sour soup and Kung Pao Chicken with egg drop soup. As good as we remembered it.

We had White Meat Sesame Chicken it was DELICIOUS! Far better than dark meat sesame chicken which is chewy and not good. TRY IT! SESAME CHICKEN WHITE MEAT SOOOO... DELICIOUS!😋

The staff the few times we have talked to aren’t always very friendly. We continue to order bobas here because they’re usually pretty delicious. Tonight, we drove up from Littleton, and we ordered bobas and they we NOT good. The bobas were old, texture was stale some being soggy, and some were hard but not good hard. Most of our beverages were ice and very little to enjoy drinking. Not happy with our last two orders
Been coming here for 15 years, up until the last 2 months it was great but something has changed. Having 3 lunches withing the last two moths showed surprisingly disappointing. First it took 30 minutes to place my order 2 of the three times, second the food was greasy , won ton soup cold, nothing tasted like it was just cooked... I will not be returning.

We have ordered take out for years from Pearl Wok. However, the last few times we have ordered from them, we were overcharged for food that we did not order. I often have a coupon and instead of honoring the coupon for the food, the staff gave me double the item and charged me for the ordered item. We will not be ordering from Pearl Wok or going to this restaurant again. They didn't even try to assist when there is a problem.

They made my chicken lo mien with plenty of chicken. Most places will not do that. They forgot my wontons and had them delivered in about 10 minute with fresh ones and EXTRAS. Will be ordering from this place again.

GPS wasn't accurate then when I realized it was in the Plaza, I couldn't find it due to the light being off on the sign. Walked in and wasn't greeted. The guy behind the counter in the kitchen just stared at me and I told him I was picking up an order. I ordered two shrimp fried rice and two orders of wontons. The gave me one duck sauce, 2 soy sauce packets, no utensils. The food tastes like it was cooked in a chared skillet and was bland. The lack of customer service and flavor in the food was enough for my first and last time going here. They obviously get enough customers to be nonchalant.
