The 2.9 rating on here now makes sense. This is the worst Popeyes to order from ever I have not gotten my order right in the last three times I ordered from here I have called off the hook to figure out what is going on with no answers worst experience at this Popeyes try KFC

Multiple times I have ordered FLAVORED WINGS through DoorDash (and the receipt attached to the bag matches!) just for them to send PLAIN WINGS. It was bad enough the times when they just put the sauce on the side because they couldn't be bothered to toss it, but today, sending me 12 plain wings when I ordered lemon pepper & OG hot was the last straw. It is very frustrating to keep having the same issues. Where are your standards? Where is corporate? Clearly, the employees at this location don't like their job. You can also tell that the wings in my order have been sitting there a while & making new ones/adding THE FLAVORS I PAID FOR is just too much to ask for. Food these days is too expensive for y'all to be doing this to people over & over.

This is a horrible establishment, the food and service are the worst I’ve seen. Every time I come here or order the food from this building, it’s inedible, cold, greasy, and down right disgusting. -100/10 would not recommend. Do not waste your money here, they don’t include everything you ordered much less make sure the containers are even closed when you do get your disgusting food. I’ve only ordered twice and will never be returning.

Popeyes is great. This particular restaurant has excellent employees. Always smiling and eager to take your order and get your food right out. The experience was outstanding.

Never again at this location. The staff could not speak a word of English and we repeatedly tried to get an order placed and after the 6th attempt we still received incorrect orders. The person taking the order was could not understand English and, we feel, kept guessing at what we wanted. No other staff members offered to help.

Employee very dismissive in drive thru window. Got our order wrong, when trying to confirm he just said pull forward. Dismissed our receipt request. And engaged not at all. I have no expectations for fast food but this was less than the bare minimum. Do not recommend

Update-2025. What a disappointment. I live in Phoenix in the winter and there is no good Popeyes anywhere near me. They all suck. I thought this might have been the only one left that had good food. But I went there today about 2:00 and first of all I ordered spicy chicken and didn't get it. Or there's no spice in it anymore. It was barely warm. The fries were cold. The biscuit was almost hard as a rock. It was awful. Awful. I threw it away. I'm so bummed. I love Popeye's Chicken so much when it's good but it's never good

Ordered a 3 piece tender meal and their “tenders” are thinner than my finger with the breading? Then when you go back and show them how incredibly tiny they are they get an attitude and give you one more tender. Definitely not worth the money for the food or service.

These people are always very nice. Very customer service oriented. They immediately address my presence and ask me what I need and they're very timely and delivering the food. Thank you, thank you
