When you get off the highway and drive out of the way to go to a restaurant you would hope that it’s worth it. This is not the case with this restaurant. I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt a couple times because I do like Popeyes,, But this one just isn’t worth the trouble. The food is never really good most the time The service is horrible. You stand there waiting for unnecessarily time due to the traffic of customers on my most recent visit. After standing at the register for a few minutes waiting I was approached by an employee told me then proceeded to get all of the online to go orders from the register and go back into the kitchen employee began preparing them. I gave it a few minutes and then left It’s a shame because I really wanted aome Popeyes chicken.

They have terrible staffing issues right now. There was a night where i ordered through Uber and after an hour and three drivers, i called the store gave him my name and asked how the progress was going on my order some manager only responded with "ok" and hung up. I only ordered 12 wings. I was also very patient and respectful but that hasn't stopped this staff from giving similar service 2 different times before.

Beatrice was awesome. The food was delicious and was ready in 15 seconds after ordering. I don’t know why people are complaining that it took 40 mins?!? This Popeyes provided excellent service

After several visits I can say this is quite literally the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Don’t come here. Please shut down.Update: I haven’t been back, because it was THAT bad, but I randomly decided to check the reviews to see if anything has changed after 2 1/2 years.Nope. Based on the STILL endless 1-star reviews, it seems that absolutely nothing has changed. Blows my mind that this place is still in business and the Popeyes franchise hasn’t shut them down out of sheer embarrassment. Or the health department for food safety violations.
The place is a dump. Chicken sandwich is tough and chewy like it's been sitting under the heat lamp all day. Service sucks. Can't get order correct the first time. Sods machine hasn't had a working ice maker in months. Almost no selection and the mix is way off. Service the machine already. The management obviously fails to give a damn. It's gone from bad to worse over the last few years. This is the last time I will be here.

I walk in and this lady, possibly the manager?, is on her phone laughing and joking away. She completely ignored me and walked away to make sandwiches WHILE holding her phone to her ear and continuing her conversation. First of all, she wasn't wearing gloves, and she was on her phone which is absolutely disgusting because we know damn well how dirty phones are.Eventually a man came to the register and I told him I was there to pick up an order. I get home and we're missing my husbands fries. No surprise there, I mean the food lady was on her phone not paying any attention. If this is a manager, that's a very poor example she's setting for her employees. Very sad
