This place could be really good, but they can’t keep workers. Lately there have been a couple people during the week who have been great but this weekend I went and they were training new people. No fault to these kids/young adults they’re training.. whoever is training them is doing them a disservice. Nobody helped this guy when he was having trouble. Their customer service skills are non-existent. The owner needs to be more hands on here. It’s just not going to work otherwise.
Sandwich was okay but the Mac and cheese sauce was extremely watery. Very disappointing for 15$.
Rude staff
Online menu says they have banana splits. Went in and the kid had to ask a coworker and they said no. We then changed to just a scoop of ice cream but they were all out of the flavors we wanted. We ended up leaving.

Stopped by for coffee, service was great but I arrived right before closing. I asked for my coffee not to be too hot but it was. I think the staff may have forgotten my request

Cant make a 16 oz hot chai within 10 minutes. Kid has no sense of urgency. I had 15 minutes for a break and he had not even thought about making the tea yet. I asked if he could do it in 3 minutes (thats all I had left) he said 'probably not' so I got a refund. Ridiculous.

The prices on the menu do not match the prices you are charged. You will be overcharged. When I asked the employee why every line item was incorrect before I paid, he claimed it was "tax". I paid and tried to sort it out later with the owner. That was a mistake. The owner doubled down, first claiming it was a credit card surcharge, and then when he realized he was surcharging illegally claimed it was a "cash discount", as if charging more than the menu price and then "discounting" it to the actual menu price is actually a discount? Consumer protection laws in Colorado protect against just that, and he can't seem to understand. He kept offering to refund me 36 cents, which is just a small fraction of what I was overcharged due to some fabricated issue, I guess to make it seem like he was being reasonable. He never addressed the employee's mistake of calling it "tax" which was then taxed again. I guess he hasn't come up with a good explanation for that. Regardless, be warned that this place charges more than the menu price without disclosing it anywhere, and owner lives in his own world and doesn't abide by Colorado laws. The food itself was good, but my experience with the incompetent cashier, ignorant owner, and my difficulty getting a refund ruined my experience. You'd think someone using Einstein references in his business name would be a rational business owner, but you'd be wrong. He'd rather be fined by his payment processor than to admit he made a mistake. When choosing to eat here, ask yourself if you mind being overcharged and exploited? If not, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, there are better delis only a few minutes away.

Cute deli and cafe, with some canned beverage options and a solid menu of coffee beverages. The sandwich was good enough for lunch, I love a panini.

If you're lactose intolerant or dairy-free in general, make sure you watch them make your lattes. Some of the employees will forget that you asked/paid for an alternative milk instead of actual milk. When they get it right, the lavender latte is so yummy, but when they get it wrong, prepare yourself for GI pain

Love this place. Come here often as its my go to for ice cream. The guys behind the counter are always helpful and friendly and until i move out of this area, it'll be my place to grab a cone.

Amazing place! Had a yummy caramel iced coffee and a delectable short rib sandwich and Mac and cheese. Staff was attentive and answered all my dumb little questions. Even have homemade ice cream that they let you sample. Need a place for lunch/ breakfast or just a place to relax or work? If you're in Broomfield then, this is the place to be! #goodvibes
