This spot is literally a hidden gem.
This place is it. Literally a hole-in-the-wall food truck hidden away in Brighton, and honestly one of the best pupusa spots I’ve ever had. The pupusas are fire—perfectly crisp on the outside, melty and flavorful on the inside. But what took it to the next level was the curtido and salsa. The curtido was fresh, tangy, and just the right amount of crunch. And the salsa? So damn good I could drink it. Not watery, not too spicy—just packed with real flavor.

If you’re even thinking about trying it, do it. It’s that kind of place you want to gatekeep but can’t because everyone deserves this kind of food.

This place is absolutely fantastic, but what really makes it amazing are the owners. The absolute sweetest people you will meet! So authentic and they put that authenticity into their food which makes their food so tasty! Give this place a chance. It will NOT disappoint! I'm already planning on going back!

Salvadorian here, I definitely came here with a critical eye since there are not many pupusa places around. I was not disappointed. The pupusas were really good and the Horchata was authentic. I would recommend.

Warning you, Salvadorian Horchata is way different than mexican Horchata.

What a wonderful little gem of a place. The sweet lady working the truck is just as friendly as she can be and the pupusas are to die for.

5 star pupusa. They barely good sized and be sure to cover in the toppings provided, that makes it for mw an usually have 2 to fill up. The couple who run this place are hard working and make magic in that little trailer next to advance auto. I am a car guy who isn't scared of street food, so a trailer next to Advanced Auto I can wonder around while I wait a bit for my food is just a bonus.
