Went to Qdoba at 92nd and Sheridan. The person in front of me waited a significant time, while it appeared that they were preparing for a catering order. I got a bowl, the rice was dry, crispy and clumped together. The cilantro in it looked old, dark green, to the point I was picking it out. For ordering a meal around noon, all the ingredients seem old, like left over from the night before. I have had better experiences at other Qdobas, and will be going to them and will not be revisiting this Qdoba again.

Hard pinto beans, cold rice and brisket was dried out, the girl working asked for new brisket after scooping mine into a burrito, really disgusting only took one bite… never again.. I don’t get why Qdoba in Michigan is high quality and amazing and so bad out here… awful food, disgusting, food temp and length of being out is definitely not up to code, someone needs to investigate.

The food that I received was good. Unfortunately I did not get all the items. They forgot to include the chips. I would have understood if the place was crowded and they were overwhelmed. Lesson learned. Just check the bag before you leave. Food that i received was really good and I will continue to visit.
Most of the tables were dirty. Staff seemed aware, but didn't do anything about it. Food was good. Service ws very slow.

Came Sunday Jul 2nd young guy with blonde hair and tattoos was extremely busy, Handling doordashers and Customers, Aside from the wait the gentleman was courteous and addressed us as we waited, Very professional and helped us in a timely manner even though he was buried, Sometimes people are rude during these moments but guy was mature and worked well under pressure
