This is the second time I order here and it takes them over 20 min to give them my order. The first time was an order of chips with veggies and hot sauce. Today is what an icee. The cashier starts to make your stuff, but then stops everytime someone goes to the register to order. I probably won't be ordering here anymore. Prioritizing definitely is an issue here. As you can see below, this shaved ice should not have taken 20 min to make.

I went to Q rico today and love the ceviche very delicious , customer service was also great and service very fast highly recommend this place my kids also love their quesabirrias ? I will definitely go back

que rico indeed !! i loved everything! i ordered quesabirria tacos, cajeta de nuez, elote en vaso, súper burrito and helado de fresa. everything was so full of flavor and fresh. the burrito was huge, really lived up to its name. two tacos filled me up. this place 10/10

If you come to the flatiron mall, no nononono, I recommend that you visit this place, the YUMMY one. They have terrible service. The empanadas are very rude. I went to buy some tostilocos and they treated me very badly. They gave them to me cold and I told them that if they put leathers on them, I would I was going to pay them but an employee named Carmen got very angry and yelled very ugly that the customer who was behind me had left and didn't live in this place.

Team no, food was just not bussing, idk how to describe the horchata but it just was a little thick also it’s the type of food where it adds spice just to say it’s Mexican food without adding flavor ?

They gave me very bad service, to begin with the cashier didn't even greet me, secondly they gave me my order all cold when I picked it up, they didn't even give me or call me my number.

Bad experience at QUE RICO in Flatirons Mall I ordered a chilindrina and, to make a long story short, a piece of fried food full of creamed cabbage.Without Tomato, Without Avocado, Without Cueritos. If I knew that this is how it would be served, I would much rather spend those 10 dollars in another place.
