Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We go to Red Robin in Westminster all the time and are always happy with our service, but we’re really disappointed with our experience at Flatirons Crossing. First, we were not asked if we wanted to sit in the bar, but that is where they put us. We don’t drink. The server was okay, but we felt forgotten on more than one occasion. The food was mediocre at best, our fries tasted stale and cold, and it wasn’t busy so there really was no reason to get stale food. We honestly wished we’d gone to PF Changsha instead.

Amazing service, food was great but the highlight of the dinner was our server, grace was kind and attentive, would definitely come back again!

Great Red Robin location! We've been coming here over the years and it's always been fantastic. The food is well-made and comes out quickly. The wait staff is always wonderful too and our waitress today, Grace, was no exception. She was great!

If you're up for a tasty burger, appetizers, sides, and shakes, this Red Robin is a great choice!

Celebrated my Daughter’s 5th birthday lunch here with the 2:00 shift. They sang a special happy birthday song to make her day . Thank you . I highly recommend this restaurant.

Dominique was the best server I’ve ever had in a restaurant! I’ll always ask for him when we revisit! I was there with my daughter and grandkids. HIs smile showed us he enjoyed his job.

We decided to have dinner before a movie so I arrived 45 minutes before the start time of our show. After an hour, we got our food which was room temperature by the time I hit our table. They had one waitress for half the restaurant AND the bar - meaning she was making drinks for the entire restaurant and trying to serve the other half at the same time. A total disaster.

Red Robin’s always have potential of atmosphere on their bars. Was there on a Sat afternoon to catch a CU game and was not impressed. Fried salty as hell. Understaffing causing service issues
