Good food, Gluten Free Burger Buns available. Unlimited Fries or Salad with Burgers. Service can be great or awful. It's all about your timing. Popular Restaurant, can get busy, long lines, and wait staff can be overwhelmed and stressed. Don't be in a hurry, expect to dine slowly. Then again, you may get lucky. But expect to exercise patience.Take out instructions were missing information about calling restaurant, text and email told us to park in spot #1 and wait for them to bring us food, but they didn't because they said we didn't call. It didn't say anywhere to call. We ordered and paid in line, received text with a 10 minute window when food would be ready. We waited 30 minutes and food was cold because they forgot to wrote it anywhere that they expected us to call them. Good Communications is essential for business.

I have been going to this specific location for the last 5 years. Every single time I’ve had a wonderful experience. Each staff member has always been super amazing every time! The managers make their rounds and make connections! There’s been many times we’re more than one employee interacted with us!!! This place makes you feel like home! Thank you for everything!

They sat us down at a table with no salt or ketchup or anything. So we had to grab from the tables next to us. I didn’t appreciate that. Why sit us at the table that’s completely empty on condiments ? Sit us at literally any other table… pay attention ppl you had ONE job and you messed up. Your only job was to sit ppl at a table and you can’t handle that. Congrats. I got the monster burger and nin got the burnt ends burger. The burger was just a regular patty and not burnt ends so idk what’s going on there, it’s just smokey flavored. How is that burnt ends? Do we need to drug test the menu writer?
