Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went in with our family of five and got refused a table from the staff worst experience especially when our 4 year olds were hungry and holidays

So always went out for a family dinner at red.Robin not a first choice restaurant. The bottomless sides were intriguing, so we decided to go for dinner tonight. At first, the service was excellent.The waiter was very attentive. And then something changed the waiter's demeanor changed and he wasn't as friendly, never asked for a.Refill of my drink and in the middle of our meal.Thought it would be smart to try to sell us gift cards for the restaurant. The whole gimmick of bottomless sides is what it is a gimmick.I literally ordered a second salad in french fries and the waiter completely forgot about them.So we waited twenty extra minutes after our meal was done to get those items. I finally had to ask the busboy for a refill in my soda. Don't use gimmicks to get people in the door it ruins your image, and at the end of the day, it doesn't bring me back as a guest to eat your food, just make better food.

The 10$ hamburger special things and it was fresh and delicious the fries were hot service was great

At first the service was great. Fast and attentive. Once the food came out...all of a sudden it was like mom had left the building and all of the staff was sitting at tables cussing, shrieking, laughing and having a grand old time. I had my 6 year old son with me. I am not against having fun while at work or anything, but have some decency to not cuss in front of children or guests. The wait staff never came back to the table to ask if we needed anything or wanted to pay. I eventually just paid through the kiosk thing and we left with none of them even noticing. My avocabo salad was cooked well. My son's little burger patty was burnt and like a hockey puck (he just said it was like 'daddy's burgers' 😆).

Chris our waiter was patient and attentive. Got fries and refills without asking. Even asked us to come back and see him again. He truly has a great personality and he was great. Thank you for helping my dad have a good birthday.

The people make the place for sure. You can tell the staff in Red Robin is there to take care of their customers. The reception, our server, food delivery, the manager. Food is good when they come out right. For burgers, I will not be unforgiving when temperature is not always on the mark - but the staff will definitely do their bit to make sure they remediate until you’re satisfied - done with grace. I will keep going back to this Red Robin.

The hosts should be fired just rude.. update 11/26/25.. went with family waitress and the person who brought out the food and drinks or if changed the standard. Because we had one of the big round tables. They stayed on one side of the table. I almost dropped my drink cause she didn't want to walk around the table to bring my drink to me. Then when the food came. Got the same treatment. This was the worst experience ever. I bite into my burger wasn't even how I asked for the meat to be cooked. I asked for with red and what I got was was way over cooked. Almost like a hockey puck. Way over cooked think they need cooks that know how to cook.

We had the best time here! I had been craving a good burger and RR did not disappoint. Even better was the service, Jeanette was knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. 4.5 / 5 overall, would recommend!

Tea was an amazing server. After nearly a year of receiving subpar service here, it was extremely refreshing to have our drinks full, food out fast, and friendly service. Thank you Tea!
