The service here was great, no complaints.
Burger was good, but the fries weren't great. Well, the fries that came out with the burger were good, however the second round fries were old and stale

The mozzarella twists were delicious! The Southern Charm burger was hot, moist and cooked perfectly. The kitchen staff was nice enough to cut the burger in half for my friend and I to share and even only put the caramelized onions on one side for us! The burger was amazing and very satisfying! We'll be going back again!

We were really pleasantly surprised tonight with this place; normally Red Robin has been a somewhat lack-luster experience for us. But everything was great; our server (wish we would have gotten her name!) was super attentive, bringing us refills of chips and drinks before we even asked and checking in with us several times throughout our meal.
The food was ready insanely fast, before we were even close to getting impatient for it and it all tasted great (man, those burgers!). If they keep up the quality this way then we will definitely plan to keep coming back despite the bit of a drive for us!

When I arrived to pick up my order the manager opened the door and greeted me. He did the same as I left the restaurant. Most importantly, my order was ready at the time I was told it would be. This to me is the game changer that separates RR from its competitors. My family frequently picks up to-go food and it’s nice to finally have a place that’s on top of their game. Thank you for providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I appreciate this location so much. We are a customer for life at this location.

Every time we have been to this location our server has gone above and beyond! How can you beat bottomless sides and hands down the best ranch dressing!? Great value, friendly staff, and good food. Huge shout out to our server T who absolutely fabulous! You made everything so great!

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there are ramps and such. I just wish the entrance wasn't so far. We usually have 1 or more older people with us and getting around to the front with a walker can be a ways. We were able to go out the bar door when we left and that was helpful.

Read review and said quick service so took my lunch break and went in. 5 minutes before someone sat me. 10 minutes to get drink order. 10 minutes later still no order taken. Wasn't even busy except for the conversation going on in back by waiters. I left, won't try this one again.
