The amount of aircraft noise and fuel polluting the surrounding neighborhoods is aweful. Everyday of the year from 530/6am- sundown you’ll hear endless airplanes. Most just circling the same paths every day all day long
Avelo Airlines could be a possibility for the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport someday.
RMMA continues to push for expansion despite not having avigation easements over the residential areas it flies over. Additionally, for those areas where it does have valid easements, RMMA is in breach of those easements and still pushes for expansion.
Interesting that the noise ordinance of quiet time between 11pm and 7am does not apply to this airport. Windows closed and normally sound sleeper woken up around 6am on pretty daily basis in the Summer. RMMA is not a "good neighbor".
