I ordered the Zeppole as I have several times in the past. This time several pieces were raw. When I called the store, they told me, “that’s the way it’s supposed to be.” I said, “I’ve never had Zeppole that were raw like this before and”. This place is brutal. They were supposed to have a pick up order ready at 6pm, but we waited for an hour and it wasn’t ready until 7. And once the pizza was ready, this is what we received. It’s understood that stuff happens - but it was their response that was unacceptable. They offered to make another pizza that would be ready in 45 minutes, and wouldn’t offer a refund.
