Finally found a local pizza place that tastes like home.
Updated review: ordered recently and the delivery was 90 minutes late. As someone who used to work at a pizza place, this is completely unacceptable. To make things worse, management did nothing to make up for their mistake. I will be going to Jimano’s for my pizza needs from now on.

what a joke they don’t open untill 2:00 on a football Sunday and Bears against Packers!!! They have no clue about their business being a Chicago based restaurant. So Sad

Angel was in the restaurant by himself, and he took care of all of us! Customer service and quality of food, was truly amazing! For being alone, quality, speed, and service did not falter! Truly a great experience and great food! We had a group of 19 people, last minute at 9:15. He let us bring tables inside to stay warm, and took care of us all!! If Angel is here, when you visit, you are in good hands!

Love the pizza. And angel was great as a customer service.
We pre ordered our pizzas for a party at 3:30 pm to be delivered at 5:30pm. Our order didn’t arrive until 6:45pm and it was quite embarrassing hosting a party with starving kids. I called to complain to the manager and he stated that it wasn’t their fault because they had so many orders come in that night and they were overwhelmed. When I asked for money off the order he offered 15% which is basically nothing and then said that I got a free pizza when I originally ordered anyways. The free pizza was actually coupon they offered in their site … we just felt like they didn’t take ownership of their mistake and no accountability on their end. Won’t be ordering from here again. Order from Jimanos instead. Better pizza anyways.
